My experience with Franklin Bowling Center depending on the hours, it's family oriented, very little staff so they same up tight but still able to function, not enough register at the front, bar & food. Arcade games need to be fixed it's cheating customers out of money (out of order signs needs to be posted) also do not discriminate all rules & games are for everybody to follow. Even though they minimize it to two areas, still it needs to be more than one registered. Maybe there's resources such as grants to help with this. Saturday is always pack because there's not many places to go to, to enjoy a day out. They need rules, if you're not playing the games, eating etc. Then you need to clear the floors so people can walk through. It's not a place for loitering, soliciting/videoing capturing the general public that not aware {go to a place with less traffic of people, respect people privacy} & underage kids without the accompanying of an "responsible adult/parents" after a certain time, I'll say 9 o'clock my suggest. Don't nobody wants anybody tearing up their property & unable to enjoy their time because of someone else. Sit at a table & enjoy each other company, eat, drink & enjoy the games. If you see someone tryna to get through, move aside. Always, let someone know where you're at & be aware of your surroundings. That's for anyone this day & time. If you're in the bathroom, do what you gotta do & go out so other people can do the same. Something are just common sense. I hope things improve here as well as other areas because they're not the only place dealing with this. I forgot the parking lot, it was okay but be mindful of other people. Park so business can continue to flow while being civilized in the parking area to keep down the crowd but still enjoy yourself. Don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, when you see it, leave. Plan something else to do or go somewhere else. We need more places for entertainment. Movies, skating rink, Go-chart, miniature golf, game room, carnivals visiting every year. Something to keep people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in town to visit with family and play some bowling and our experience was absolutely terrible. Their lanes and machines were so messed up. Our balls weren't returning, our scores weren't accurate, they kept moving us to other lanes hoping things would work better, and the music was terrible. Also the front desk person was barely around so we couldn't get any assistance and we had to walk around and find them just to ask for a favor. As we were leaving they were working very hard to maintenance the machines, wax the lanes, you name it for the league players but could careless for us average people. Please...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an excellent experience at this bowling alley! I brought my summer camp here and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it perfect for both casual outings and special events. The lanes are well-maintained, and the equipment is in great shape. Staff members are friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great game. The food and drinks were surprisingly good and cheap for a bowling alley, with a nice variety of options. Overall, it's a fantastic place to hang out with friends or family. I'll definitely be...
