Got the two single burger $6 special and a medium strawberry shake. Very pleased with the burgers. You know how they food delivered never looks like the photograph? A massive 4-in tall burger in the picture ends up as a 1 inch tall unrecognizable Burger in your bag. But the single burgers here looked identical to the photograph. Surprise surprise! And they tasted very good too lots of fresh toppings. A little bit on the dry side though, so ask for extra ketchup or Mayo, or at least I will the next time I go. Deducted one star because I had to wait a very long time for my strawberry shake. The shake was very good and I noticed that they used real strawberries when they made it, but the woman working the department was very busy, and I think she got the order of orders mixed up because people who were in line behind me, got served there ice cream desserts first. I eat here often with my husband, our blizzards have been coming out wrong the past two times. Last night we got a Reese’s and a Heath blizzard, the Reese’s blizzard had no toppings it was just vanilla ice cream. And the Heath blizzard just had a bunch of different toppings in it, like waffle cone, peanut butter and caramel. On top of that when I check my card this morning they charged me twice for my order. This has happened before and it was dealt with, but we shouldn’t have to deal with this in the first place. Whenever I go in there and the girl with the one long braid is in there, my order is always perfect. It seems like whenever she isn’t there something happens to my order. I’m exceedingly despondent in the way that the leaders of this facility address their staff members. Completely unprofessional. Earlier this evening, I heard an altercation between two staff members. There was profanity and insolent concern involved and it sounded as if a man demanded for a young woman to “get off of his clock?” I do not appreciate unscrupulous behavior in any facility whatsoever. The motto here is to create positive memories, however that is not the precedent that was set tonight. My hope is that a condemning analysis of how those in leadership positions interact with other staff members. Other than that, the food is great, the place is clean.
