If you want people who know what they're doing and do a good job, don't come here. The day after having them help us upgrade, we had to go to another T-Mobile location to have them fix mistakes that were made involving our lines. Now, over a year later, I'm trying to process an insurance claim using the insurance we've been paying for over a year because I broke my phone screen and I'm looking at having to buy a new phone because they put the insurance on the wrong line (a dead line that isn't connected to anything that we got because they assured us it would be cheaper... It wasn't). Franklin T-Mobile is a hub for incompetence and if you want to upgrade but don't want the stress of having issues later, I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else. If you can't make it to Suffolk to get an actual knowledgeable T-Mobile representative, go to Verizon. They have better coverage in this...
