The people who work here are always rude and have nasty attitudes towards their customers. Management is trash. They have been known to sell to minors too! They never keep replacement parts in store for mods. More than half the vapes they have are expired or defective. The vape juices are ALL expired, they haven’t restocked the juices in over 4 years!!!! The wraps are always stale and they won’t refund or replace. Complete waste of time and money going here, I would rather drive to Suffolk than deal with the people here. If you do go here make sure you check the expiration date before you buy and try it in store or you’re shit...

Useless and unknowledgeable. The very reason I hate buying things in the south. The girl’s energy was completely off when I came in to ask about well known battery. I asked for CBD, she looked at my skin color, and suggested THC. Know what you’re getting or just don’t go. This isn’t a vape shop, it’s just a place to buy vapes and go. I just completed my masters degree at Columbia so I came to Virginia to celebrate with my family, this experience was the worst I’ve had since coming here. Just unnecessary and genuinely southern American....

The girl working here is nice but the man, who I am fairly certain is the store owner, is rude, acts like he hates his job, and constantly closes the store even up to 15 minutes early. I live rural and work overnights, that means if I wake up at 9:30pm, see store hours say you're open til 10, and drive 20 minutes to the store, I expect you to be open! Lots of vapes here also are defective and die after 1 hit, unsurprisingly they offer no refunds so I assume...
