I usually have a great experience with the mobile orders at this Starbucks and any other one. I normally have the same barista during the week here, who is a sweetheart.Greets you with a smile and is kind. I wish I knew her name. But today I had a different one, who was quite rude. Every Starbucks I went to before says to drive up to window to skip the line when you order via app. As soon as I said the name for my order, she tells me to stop next time so they can make sure they have it ready. Her remarks were said in a nasty tone while she shuts the window before I can respond. I wouldn’t have mind the comment if she delivered it in a better manner. Then as soon as she turned around they handed her my order, so it was no wait time or need for the comment. I had one coffee. Then to throw salt on the incident, the coffee tasted bland and wasn’t as good. Trust this will be my last time ordering from this Starbucks. I know on the holidays you have different people working. You may want to retrain some your employees on customer service. If they don’t want to work on the 4th of July, have them stay at home to prevent you from losing business. Any white male working working there at September 15th 2023 at 4pm refuses to give me any information ℹ️ to file my complaint.

We walked in and stood by the counter for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. There was no one ahead of us, no one waiting for drinks inside and it did not seem as though there were any mobile orders either. Drive thru had four cars. I chose to place my order on the app to speed up the process, shockingly, they processed the order but never once apologized or made eye contact. Strangest experience...
