Backstreetcrabsllc — Restaurant in Franklin

I recently went here on a tue 1st time there,the atmosphere wonderful,the service from the ladies wonderful,my food on the other hand horrible,my sweet potatoes fries burnt,my 1st time trying them in my life,my chicken wings looked pretty nice and golden fried to hard,my fried shrimp could have been fried a little harder but ok my fried crab was burnt couldn't eat them so I called them to let them know I would be bringing them back the next day cause I was at work and didn't get off til 9 and they closed at 8 well I went to take them back on the next day the OWNER I assume got a lil nasty I told him I just want my money back and he did that but after we had words he then wanted to make it right well he did that too but by then my mind was made up and I will never in my life time ever eat...

Got the Sea Food Philly, and the Crab Cake Basket. I think they were both excellent and decent value for the price. Owner was cool and said they would be willing to make things that weren't on the menu (Seafood Pasta they posted on FB). Seem to genuinely care about giving good food and service. I believe this is a wonderful addition to Franklin & I will not be returning crab crakes 24 hours later.

We had heard good things about this restaurant from locals, so we decided to try it out. Ordered a whiting and a shrimp basket, both fried. We also tried the house-made honey garlic sauce. Absolutely excellent. The seafood was wonderful! Perfectly fried and really, really good. We are picky about seafood and Backstreet Crabs is absolutely our favorite local seafood place now!
