Went here after church for a Cuban roast coffee for me and a decaf coffee with about 1/3 of regular coffee added to it…upon making the decaf coffee I used all of what was left which was enough but when I proceeded to added regular coffee it gave me about an ounce the second one same thing. (It was a 16 ounce coffee) So I asked the guy that was working (heavy dark skin, nice guy I thought) if he could tell me where to throw it away at and said he would throw it away…upon making my 16 ounce coffee which was the Cuban roast one, but it was watered down and not hot so I gave him that one as well…I let him know that there were 4 empty coffee containers and the Cuban roast needed to be replaced too. He proceeded to replace them all starting with the decaf and regular coffee which is what my husband had, next he did another regular and 100% Colombian coffee..I was thinking now why wouldn’t he just make the kind I want next! So he said he thought I said Colombian…but I attempted to make the Columbian coffee and it was also watered down. The coffee was going to be free since they had to make it but I wasn’t about to waste another 5-10 mins for watered down coffee! I said all that to say this, please have someone who knows what they are doing make the coffee. Also, I feel like he made them that way on purpose because he was laughing when he saw me leaning without coffee!!!! I honestly think he left the old coffee filter in the, that is how light the color of the coffee was…regardless of the fact the coffee looked like light colored tea!!! What a waste of my time…about 15-20...
Read moreI live in Franklin and work in Chesapeake during the week. I used to get Breakfast Saturday and Sunday at the Franklin WaWa. I haven't been there in a while. They never have egg whites (I have an allergic reaction to egg yolk). They never have paninis. The employees are always kind. Unfortunately kindness doesn't fill my stomach. I advise looking on the app before making the trek. They seem to always be out of whatever I want. I literally have to go to the WaWa 30 mins away in Suffolk if I want to eat something that doesn't have cheap chicken tenders on it or isn't...
Read moreStaff here are always kind and friendly. The problem is their gas prices. Gas use to be cheap in Franklin. Now it's typically higher here than surrounding areas, I rarely get gas in Franklin due to it anymore. Music at the pumps is so loud you can't carry a conversation. Second button from top left will mute it thankfully. Lastly its becoming increasingly more dangerous leaving this station, as their bushes have blocked any view you could have of traffic coming at the stop sign. You have to pull halfway into the intersection to see...
