Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Franklin

On 12/10/2018 I bought a gun safe online from tractor supply. They later send me an email confirmation and additional information that the safe would be delivered to my home on 12/22/18 between 10 am and 2 pm so I waited here all day and the safe was not delivered. I called tractor supply customer solutions, they told me that the company that will be delivering the safe was closed until the 12/26. The customer service rep was kind enough to call me about 10:15 am on 12/26 to inform me that the safe would be delivered. I called my wife she waited all day and the safe was not delivered again. Tractor supply refused to issue my refund after I ask them to cancel to order. They say not until they have their safe back, I explained to Justin the customer service rep. that I did not get a safe from them so I would like to have my money return to my account. He proceeds to explain that the safe was over $600.00 and that they will not refund my money until they get their safe. Needless to say the safe was still in their store on Armory drive in Franklin Virginia. Tractor supply is penalizing me for their own negligence how shameful. The gentleman with the white hair and long white beard running the cash register up front in the Franklin VA store has to be the rudest person I have ever delt with in a customer service role. Went in about a refund and stopped to ask him and he proceeded to wave me off telling me he was a cashier and told me to go find someone else because he wasn't dealing with me and refused to call anyone to customer service desk for me. I then went and spent 30 minutes walking around looking before I was able to find another employee by the name of Shirley when I told her about the gentleman up front all she could do was laugh in my face. This was not the first rude interaction I had with the gentleman up front either. I went in a few days prior to purchase turkeys and he was extremely rude to me as well as other customers in line then as well. I love this store.. You would be surprised at all the things they have inside . This summer has been the worst for flies and mosquitoes at my house .. A friend told me about a spray that he uses for his kennels to keep the pests away.. Its called Bronco and it works.. I buy it by the gallon for a around 23 dollars. I spray it all around my "outside" living area. Flies hate it 😡.. Oh yeah let's not forget the dog food. If you have a big dog that eats and eats ... they have big bags of dog food too.. reasonably priced. And a good array of pet supplies....
