American Eagle & Aerie — Local services in Fredericksburg

I recently went to the American Eagle in Central Park and was completely offended by the women in the store, they were very rude including the manger! I came to the store after the gym so I wasn't looking like a million bucks and the ladies working there made sure to make me feel like I was not welcome in the store. While I was checking out to purchase my items an amazing young man named Brandon that was very well mannered and extremely helpful he told me it was buy 1 thing get another for 50% off so I went to see what else I should purchase I asked the young lady up front if they had a certain item and she rolled her eyes at me pointed to the very back of the store and replies " maybe you should check the clearance rack if we even have it " completely offended I walked away very upset and the young man Brandon who was checking people out at the register turned to me and asked if he could help me find something .. when there where 4 other girls on the floor doing nothing, also the item I asked the girl about they didn't even carry.. Its very sad out of the 5 employees in that store only 1 of them was helpful, polite,welcoming and had amazing customer service .. I want to extend my deepest thanks to the young gentleman " Brandon " for his amazing...

We went into the store today on 11/5/2017. Right away there was a lady being extremely loud and rude to her employees. I’m assuming she was the manager. She was yelling at an employee right in front of everyone asking her why she was back at the register. I was standing in line for a fitting room for a good 5-8 mins along with another girl and my husband. I hit the button in the dressing room for assistance. 3 mins went by and the little girl behind me teased her younger sister that she dared her to light them all up, so she did. Again another 3 minuets went by. My husband then went to find someone. He was followed by the loud and mean lady. Whom made it a point to say “I guess we have some impatient people back here. Hope you had fun lighting them all up.” She repeated herself several times. My husband really wanted to speak up and say well when we are waiting for 8 minuets to get a dressing room it’s a bit ridiculous. Kids will be kids, she didn’t need to act like that. If I ever see her working again, I’ll just turn around. You work in retail, deal with the public...I get it can be annoying but she needs to...

I’ve purchased online and picked up in store, and they’re terrible. My first pickup was given to another person just because they said my name, didn’t care to check order , just handed to them, and then later the person returned to store because it wasn’t what they had ordered! So I went today for curbside, called, waited 20 minutes and NOTHING, i was extremely mad because I had to walk inside just to be told they couldn’t find my car -_-, they never called, oh and only reason I wanted curbside was because I had my kids in the car. Yeah right B.S. couldn’t find my car, they were taking the receipt off as they were bringing it out to me in the store , that would’ve been done , im sure they never went out to look for me, OH YEAH!!!! THEY DIDNT THINK TO CALL ME , EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE NUMBER WAS ON SEVERAL PAPERS IN THAT BAG. Next time I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Woodbridge store instead....
