As a former employee of Pandora Jewelry and Reeds, we were instilled with the principles of friendly customer service, engaging and building rapport and maximizing both on sale and on our clients desires when it came to the Brand. I can honestly say that I continue to feel that way and more being helped by Raechel and the new team at Pandora Jewelry in the Spotsylvania Mall. Throughout the years, I have seen many employees come and go both in that store and outside of it, but the newest team at Pandora has recaptured my attention. By being incredibly polite, caring about my needs and desires and helping to make those needs met, let alone offering smart suggestions to really make my collection stand out, Raechel and her teammates have truly helped to make me fall back into adoration of how the company truly enjoys making people smile and make core memories. Each piece that I have, be it a charm, a bracelet or collection set to a specific theme, I would trust no other team to help me continue to cultivate a highly-tailored and beloved collection of jewelry, not just for me but also for the women of my life. Every time I come back to see them, I am always met with a warm smile and an enjoyable experience. I never feel rushed or unnoticed and it brings me comfort knowing where once I worked in that store, helping to make people smile and make lifelong friends, the store couldn't be in better hands now. Read moreThis was THE worst experience I have ever had at a jewelry store. The 2 ladies who were working were uninterested in providing me any assistance! Mind you there were no other customers inside. I asked to see jewelry and was pointed in the direction, where I then had to figure out which case to look in. Then when I asked about a charm, the girl showed me a similar one in a different color. I asked if they didn't have anymore of the kind I wanted and she said yes but she was reluctant to remove it from the case. When pressed, she pulled the holder out but didn't remove the charm for me to hold. I asked about details of it and she made a sarcastic comment about it being just like the other one she showed me instead of her handing me the charm so I can inspect it myself. Clearly this representative isn't interested in generating revenue for her employer! She had a major attitude and obviously doesn't care about her job description. I understand we are living in the age of COVID but the jewelry store I came into prior showed me every piece I asked about and then sanitized it after. That representative was happy to do her job and try to close a sale, the complete opposite of your sales rep. Luckily, I have had the pleasure of patronizing several other Pandora locations and know this isn't the standard. Otherwise, they would've lost my business all together! However, I would never, EVER return to this store location! Please do better and send this girl to a customer service training...
Read moreI went to this store looking for a pair of earrings and to look around to find a gift for my daughter. There were a bunch of people in the store, but it wasn't busy by any means. I saw 4 sales ladies standing around not doing much, and not one came to offer their help. The merchandise is locked behind glass, so you unequivocally need help if you are interested in information about any piece that you might purchase. Sales associates usually won't let a customer look around without at least a polite greeting and offering to help with anything. They didn't even make eye contact with me. They saw me entering the store and walking around, clearly looking for something, but nobody offered to help. I even stood in front of the register counter to see if they had any pieces that I might buy, and not even then any of them offered assistance, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wasn't going to spend a huge amount of money, but I really wanted to purchase a few things for me and my daughter so I was very disappointed.
