I have been looking for wireless remote controls for the play station game for my grandson. I had looked in many game stores for about 6 months. I came across associate John. He found them for me I was very grateful that he found them for me ordered them and had them send them to my house. John is differently a keeper for Game Stop.I also went back to the store and purchased 2 more wireless controls. This time the store manager helped me Melanie she was also very helpful. This store has changed 100% for the better. When kids wanted to shop in there I would say no and go to the one at Cosner Corners, because they were more knowledgeable and just nicer to work with. This week broke down went in because I d been told they had better management and they do. I was waited on by a young lady named Kelly, I think she is the manager. Very customer oriented, helpful and knowledgeable about the systems. I now have a second store to turn to when I have questions about these game systems . Glad to see the change here at the Mall. You all best keep this young lady, she knows how to treat customers and how to up sale the right way....
