Hot Topic — Local services in Fredericksburg

I love hot topic's clothing and merchandise but it's always a struggle to visit the store. It can have very judgmental customers and the employees aren't reliable. While checking out the other day I was super excited for a shirt I had picked out but when I got home it wasn't in the bag. I checked my receipt and realized that the cashier never rang it up. I registered her setting it aside but I thought it was to bag. That was not the case. There was an issue ringing it up and instead of telling me she just went on and completed my order. I have no problem ordering it online except that the sale of buy one get 50% off allowed me to get a half priced shirt. Therefore costing my money. Just reminding that if you shop at hot topic the employees are probably like you... antisocial. They can be too socially awkward to actually...

I love hot topic stuff but I'm frustrated with the shipping to the store is terrible I can't believe it takes 10 days. Then if the stuff is already in the store you can't pick it up even though you paid for these items because they're shipping an item to the store that's already there and it just didn't update on the website. You might as well pay more for shipping to your house because this isn't good. :/ I don't have any complaints about the employees just the corporation policy is ridiculous. I have to order online to even get 30% off on all the items in my cart in the store you can't even do this. And some stuff isn't...

I spoke with Justin prior of coming to the store. Let me just say that he was absolutely amazing with the questions I had. He took the time to express what I should do and or try and made me feel better about myself. He reassured me that Riley, the very sweet young lady was going to be there until nine and that I should ask for her and she’ll point me in the right direction, she continued to help me through my whole experience and make sure I got the right piercing that I needed.
