Upon meeting David, the owner, I knew immediately I had found the craftsmen to custom make me my table. David's charming personality engaged me in wood,design and price options as he pleasantly answered my numerous questions. I returned to flush out the design with very patient and skilled Everret as he modified drawings until we got the final design. Everret continued to send me status updates with pictures and modifications until the table was ready for delivery to Frederick, MD. My wife and I absolutely love this store. The customer service is top-notch. My wife has had her eye on the McDaniel dining room table for a little over a year. Sophia did a wonderful job explaining how we could purchase the floor model or have one custom made. She showed us the different color options and offered to send some wood samples with different stains home with us. Sophia also showed us a few chair options we could go with. We ended up getting the floor model and the Estelle chairs which are an amazing combination. We ended up saving so much time and money because everything was in stock. I brought in a design concept to share with Fraser and they executed my design for my bar top with a live edge perfectly. They assisted in choosing the best slabs that fit my concept.
