I was planning to get buns for Christmas Eve pick up. I called the store last Wednesdsy, six days before I needed to get them, and spoke to a man who was very polite, he gave me prices and advised I should place a pre order if I wanted a large quantity to pick up on Christmas Eve. I called 18-20 times the next two days and only got voice mail- I even left a voicemail asking to be called back. I decided I better just go to the store to make my ore order, so I did on Saturday, three days before I needed them. I waited in line and got to the counter and told the young cashier what I wanted to do and she went over to another person and that person said loudly ā no were not taking any more ordersā . The cashier walked back over and told me they were no longer taking pre orders. I asked what does that mean? The other employee then turned around and very rudely said ā we are not taking any more orders!ā I walked closer to where she was and explained I hAd been calling and had left a message so what was I supposed to do? She answeredā I donāt know but we are not taking orders- I have one four pack leftā she then just turned and walked away. I was so angry! I decided to get back in the line and buy the four pack. I asked another young cashier -was the person who spoke to me the manager and what was her name. He said yes and very quietly said Amber. I then asked what was the likely hood that Iād i came on Christmas Eve as soon as they opened that they would have boxes of buns available. Three young cashiers came over and were very kind, gave me advice and even offered to go speak to Amber again. How sad is it that the mansger for these young people was so rude and unprofessional! She is supposed to be setting an example as their leader. She could have at least spoke to me politely and explained why they were not able to take my order... Very...

My daughter was eating some cinnamon bun bites and noticed something crawling in her cinnamon. I grabbed it up right away walked back to the cinnamon bun place while I was walking there my daughter said oh thereās a hair in one of them too so just to let you all know that youāre not only buying cinnamon buns, but thereās cinnamon bun mix has live bugs crawling around in them. I will attach a picture. I approached the cashier. She didnāt seem to care. I approached out loud asking for a manager again, telling everybody that thereās bugs in their food wrote a note to the store owner and all I get back is Iāll check when I get to the store later so if you would like bugs in your food and paying for the bugs that you can get for free outside, and I would consider you all going back to cinnamon bun and getting some more bugs I will attach a picture you have to zoom in on it and you will see the blackhead clear looking like larva bug I shouldāve videoed it, but instead, I took a picture. I noticed on ALL of the boxes of premade Cinnabons had the 6th and the 5th marked on them. So essentially all of the boxes were two days old and the one box was one day old. To my knowledge every Cinnabon was not allowed to sell even one day old items especially at the ORIGINAL price. So I refuse to buy the two day old and a one day old Cinnabons. One of the employee said they will pull me some from the back. He goes to the back, takes a black sharpie marks todayās date on a box⦠How do I know??? Because he quickly put it in the bag without asking if I still wanted then. The black ink smeared on the bag.
