I had been walking around all over the mall trying to find a special ring but all of the stores I went to, were too expensive and the rings within my budget were nice but not what I was looking for sadly. I even went to a kiosk and found a very pretty ring, but they didnāt have it in my size and couldnāt resize it. I was heart broken. The only place left was Zales and I thought for certain I was wasting my time.
It was a diamond store like many of the others but no matter how hard I looked everything was beyond what I could pay. I felt very apprehensive and was extremely disappointed. However despite this fact one of the associates asked me what I was looking for. I told her that my price range was about $80 to $90 dollars, yet no matter where I went I couldnāt find anything I either liked or could afford.
The associate then came over and pointed out some very pretty rings that were in my price range. There was one in particular I fell in love with but I wasnāt certain it was one of the affordable ones. However I was pleasantly surprised that it was. Sadly it wasnāt it my size but luckily that wasnāt a problem. The associate was able to pull up the cost of resizing it and even checked my ring size for good measure. She was very nice and patient through the whole process.
When the total cost was a bit higher she suggested I use a Zales card which would allow me to pay for the ring over a longer period of time which was great news for my wallet! Although the cost was only $114. Being an independent contractor I donāt make a lot of money. Also when I wanted to take a picture the associate was more than happy to help me take a picture perfect photo. I also got a protection plan that explained that if something happened to the ring it would be covered. It was very nice to have that reassurance.
The best part was there was no pressure. I felt comfortable and I knew that I could trust them. The store itself is small but charming. No one swarming you like a hoard of locus. They took their time to determine my wants and needs and above all else they were very friendly. Even when they were with a client buying a diamond ring, they treated me as an important customer. As a mystery shopper as my profession I give my Zales experience 10 stars āļø!!!!
Thank you guys! I love you my new...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo as much as I love their discounts you see why the vault rewards are not worth it because I got a stone replaced. Took me weeks if not months to get it back but it broke 2 Days later on something that I paid top dollar for a princess exclusive ring that they only have one of. I have multiple pieces from this place that I keep going back because of the discount but it's b* they do a terrible job at cleaning. Your Stones will always fall out and what you go back to them. For the loyalty and the discounts it's not worth it. I have paid so much money just to make frequent trips outside of my area to get it replaced. Just to wait to get it back and then I have to send it right back. I absolutely do not recommend sales. I'm just locked into them out of some loyalty. Bologna and not only am I letting you know, but tick tock, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and every single media platform will know I'm what diamond status and I still don't get hooked up. Maybe you should kiss with Kay or go to Jared instead. The only reason I still buy from here is because they're giving me discounts on basic stuff that falls apart and I can clean the jewelry better myself. Do not ever go to this place. The only reason I am not posting photos is because I really don't want to embarrass them and I'm giving Zales shout out Zales a chance to redeem themselves because they already know that they have sent me prior authorization beforehand. I have all the receipts so yes, if you join their quote" fault rewards and you will get a deal but it will fall apart and you better pay for the insurance and you have to go get a cleaning every 6 months or you won't be covered under warranty. I'm locked into this place because they ice me out for the low but please I do not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Zales in the Spotsylvania Mall with the intent to have a diamond replaced in my engagement ring, and to have my motherās emerald ring repaired. First off the sales person I walked past didnāt acknowledge me at all. When she did she said Iāll be there in a minute. When she finally came to the counter and I asked about my motherās ring first she said āIāll have to see if it has a marking on it, if it doesnāt we canāt repair it.ā She took the ring checked it and came back, saying thereās no marking we canāt fix it. I then asked about my engagement ring and replacing the diamond. She told me to follow her and asked me to sit down as she pulled a display of diamond rings out telling me I should just replace the ring. I replied āno I just want the diamond replaced in mine. She shoved the shelf back and proceeded to tell me she needed to check it also for markings. There was a āKā on the ring. She then went to her manager returned stating they couldnāt replace the diamond and suggested I go to the jewelry store across from Zales. I did just that, and they didnāt have a problem replacing and repairing both rings. I felt very insulted by the sales person in Zales. I will never purchase anything there again. I notice that thereās a response for all of the positive reviews, but no response for my review. I had intended on purchasing a couple of other items of jewelry from Zales in the near future. If this is how Iām treated on repairs ( the marking stipulation isnāt listed in their advertisements or on the website) I will be taking my...
