I recently started shopping here. This Kohl’s location is cleaner and more organized than other stores in the area. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of something that happened Saturday afternoon on 07/12/25. Our cashier was very nice and had a quick conversation during checkout. After checkout, she said there was an activity for all cashiers (like a contest) and the winner would receive a prize. Though she circled the website on the receipt, she insisted in seeing my personal cellphone and typing the survey website herself. After providing the store number and code for me to type and start the survey, she wanted to see my answers to the survey, especially when it was time to fill out the comments about the cashier field. At that point I said I could finish it by myself, but she kept saying it was better if they (management) received the survey while we were in the store. When I asked her if other customers had completed the survey for her, she said we were the fifth customers to do so. I did submit it with my own answers, but I think it was invasive of her to want to see my ratings and answers.
I know it’s normal to encourage some competition between employees and offer a prize, but I don’t like to feel like my privacy is disrespected. English is my second language, but I speak it fluently. There is no excuse to be that insistent about someone’s opinion. I really hope management reads...
Read moreVery disappointed in Kohls as I'm not one to throw myself at any store for any reason. I had went there to purchase a new back pack for my son for school. I applied for a credit card when ask would I be interested in got approved yaaaa not! Didn't really care if I had one or not but always helps to have on hand. I returned to the store on Sunday after receiving my card with a 20% off card I got when I applied for the credit card as well as a 15% off the purchase for the first time using the card when I received it in the mail. Now mind you kohl's gives these discounts to use I purchased 3 pairs of jeans and a pair of tennis shoes on to put the discount cards on the counter letting the cashier know I had them only to be told they weren't acceptable because the brands that I was purchasing didn't except them. But i could return to the store and use them on anything else in the store ??? Really ??? EVERYBODY I talked to that loves kohl's has told me they have never heard of such a thing.so very dissatisfied as I will pay off my debt to the store and CUT the newly given credit card to shreds as I will never return to any...
Read moreThis Kohls location has the NICEST employees. I was helped by a young lady in Sephora- I’m always nervous about going into stores like this and worried about getting judged since I don’t have knowledge on make up, but this girl made me feel so comfortable and showed me so many great options, which I ended up purchasing. As far as the Kohls side- same great experience. My cashier, I believe her name was Samarin.. she was very helpful. I had returns but I didn’t have my kohls card with me or the receipt, she helped me get it figured out and got everything returned for me! I originally tried to do my return at my usual store in Cosners Corner, but the employees were not so helpful. They told me I had to have the card or the receipt with me and that nothing could be looked up from my kohls app. (I think they need to be educated more on returns to prevent another customer going through this)I left very unhappy.. I’m glad I took the risk and went to the Central Park kohls— and that will the kohls I go to for now on. Thanks again for all...
