UPDATE: I revised my rating after the response from the owner to my original review. I did receive a refund and employees were extremely understanding and gracious once I re-explained the situation. I greatly appreciate the response and how the situation was handled following my original review.

I will never spend a dime at this store again. I purchased a turtleneck shirt there only to get home and realize it is completely unwearable due to the head-hole being 16 inches around when fully stretched. I immediately called the store and explained yet was given zero solution aside from being told they have a “final sale” policy on anything marked down which is not made clear at point of sale either verbally or by sign. Usually, I wouldn’t be bothered but no adult woman has a 16 inch head circumference. I now have a shirt that wouldn’t fit over the head of a toddler and while I understand having a policy, it’s dishonest to sell products that...

I love the selection in this boutique. They have labels you can’t easily find here, so that’s always a plus. I’d love to see even more selection in jeans, but was very pleased to find Hudson. If you’re able to get in 7FAM I’d love to see those available here. I ran in on some downtime in a tee shirt and shorts, so they probably didn’t expect me to be a typical shopper of theirs, and it felt that way in a lot of ways, but it is what it is. I’d return for the simple fact that being new to living in Fredericksburg, I don’t know many places to go to find the labels/brands they carry without venturing back up north (where we moved away from to get out of the hustle...

Wonderful selection of clothing, beautiful products with favorite brands but the atmosphere inside is unwelcoming and the sizing selection is minimal. If I enter the store wearing brands that look like what are sold in the store I am helped and feel incredibly welcomed but if I come by in things that don’t look like what’s being sold in the store I am completely ignored and I feel unwelcome.
