An unprofessional company run by a couple with serious communication problems. Unfair business practices and lies/excuses are hallmarks of how they conduct business. Despite explanation stating they will only conduct business 'fairly' at the sale, they will break this rule and presell to appease personal friends. I highly recommend ANYONE go with ANY OTHER competent company if you'd like your estate handled fairly and you'd want to attract the widest range of customers to shop your items, as I have warned every dealer I know to steer clear of these people. What's worse is the disrespect they will exude when caught in a lie!! Truly sad and a shame because their EMPLOYEES act more like business owners than the couple themselves! Southern Accents is the real deal. We are planning to move overseas and didn't want to ship most of our household goods. My wife interviewed 3 companies and picked Southern Accents because of their genuineness, not promising the moon and their willingness to work with us on moveout. Leanne and the team was ALWAYS available when we had questions or concerns. They were thorough in their inventory, had great knowledge in their pricing and they were flexible to place a reserve on items at our discretion. The turnout was tremendous because of their outstanding marketing. We were shocked to return back to our home after the 3 days of sales to find it mostly empty. Went to an estate sale this weekend hosted by Southern Accents.. There was some items I was interested in, but they were a little more than what I was comfortable spending, so I just left them there.

I am new to the estate sale thing and was asking some questions before I was going to check out about how the sales work and what happens after they are over. The person (I didn't catch her name) was very nice and informative and ended up asking me if there was something I was interested in. I said yes and they followed me to look at the items. They gave me an offer on the items and I was happy to take it! I'm happy to have saved items from the landfill and spending my money with a small business.
