Panda Express — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

I went to get food from here yesterday. Let me just start off by saying the wait was horrible considering there wasn't even a line. There were two white girls serving food and another girl at the register (I'm not sure what race she was). The first girl served my friends food and then passed it on to the next girl. Instead of her preparing my food she sat there looking at my friend and didn't want to serve me until my friends food was completely finished being served. Once my food was served I asked the girl at the register for one of the extra choices they had at the end. She then told the other girl to do it and then the girl said no you can serve it. On top of that my friend didn't want a side with her meal and the girl at the register took it upon herself to take my friends plate back to the front and add a side and then wanted to charge her for something she didn't want. At this point just my friend and I have been trying to get our food for 20 minutes and there is a line to the door. People were getting mad and I don't blame them. Finally management came out and I thought it would help but no the lady just watched everything happen. The only staff that knew how to do their jobs right were the cooks. Ordered the family feast online for pickup at a certain time. I was 5 mins early and it was already available but COLD and the line outside was chaos. Only one of my boxes was actually closed so that was a major issue for me. I ordered beef & broccoli, orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. I got two orange chicken and no beef and broccoli and a mushy shrimp that smelled awful. No call, no note or anything but I would’ve loved the option to choose another dish because I don’t like the orange chicken or honey walnut so I didn’t get to eat. No silverware, sauce or napkins as requested were in my bag either. I tried to call to have them rectify the issue and never got through. I’m forced to now leave this review because I have been a loyal supporter since moving to the area 5 years ago. I understand we are in a pandemic and things are crazy which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 but I’m beyond disappointed in the service I received and doubt I will support them again any time soon. Maybe ordering online was the mistake but it’s a $14 difference to get the family feast inside. I’m sure my food was made way before the window which is likely why it smelled almost rancid. I eat here often when I come to the area. Always get good service, good food. I'd complained before when food wasn't hot, just warm, then it's chills before i'm finished eating it. I hash a meal replaced and told that I can ask for fresh to be made for me so its nice&hot. I've done that a few times except when too close to closing time. I've been very satisfied since.

However, I was disappointed when I loved the Steak&Shrimp entree (got addicted to it and was coming in often) and after a few months the taste changed! I ordered as usual, but it tasted hot &spicey, more heat than I like. The first time I'd tried it I loved it, was the perfect blend of spices, sweet savory, not too spicy hot. When I asked why, I was told that corporate decided or wasn't hot enough and changed the sauce, spice blend. It ruined it for me! I did surveys, asked for then to go back to original flavors, tried it at different locations, but all had changed it. I was so disappointed, but they didn't lose a customer since I still like some other entrees and their chowmein. But I'd love for them to bring it back with the original flavor then I'd...
