I have been patronizing this Target location ever since 2017. I had my ups and my downs but I discovered that if youâre extremely dissatisfied and you want immediate satisfactory results you should reach out to the store manager Morgan. My husband always brags about Morgan. Back in 2017, my husband was on a member of a local neighborhood Committee and he met Morgan when he approached her for some recommendations and help with a return. He was highly impressed with her attentive attitude towards the storeâs customers as well as her willingness to help each and every customer who came to the store seeking any assistance from her!!! She will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone leaves her store satisfied and with positive experience. Since 2017 till now; the surrounding neighborhoods for this particular Target store have been very pleased with Morganâs performance and they keep on giving her the thumb up for her great customer service!! I have read most of the negative reviews for this Target location and I say thatâs not fair to blemish the entire store reputation just for few minor issues that can be solved easily if any of the reviewers approached Morgan for help. If one staff at the store acted disrespectful towards any customer; itâs NOT fair to blame the whole store collectively especially when the staff is headed by a shrewd well-respected manager thatâs proactive in the best customer service around in the area.    Read moreThis is a store that is accepting of the fact that some customers will be cheated out of the money they spend. Customers will spend $50, $100, or more and leave with absolutely nothing to show for it.
I recently purchased a $100 gift card from this location and upon opening its packaging found the card to be compromised. The cardâs numbers were scratched off and so was the security code.
Because these cards are considered worthless until activated at the register, there is little effort to keep them safe.
People sneak a few of these cards out, write down the numbers, damage the card to prevent its use, and then reseal the package to make it look like nothing was tampered with. After this, they sneak the cards back into the store and wait for them to be purchased. Once a card gets purchased they can then remove the funds, leaving the customer with nothing.
Target knows this is happening, and they are fine with it. When I contacted customer service, they already knew how to shift the responsibility on to the customer and not deal with this fraud themselves. It was very clear this was not their first time dealing with such a situation.
The problem is that there are people out there who canât, for one reason or another, jump through the additional hoops to correct the situation themselves. There are individuals with visual, hearing, or psychological impairments that canât remedy the situation on their own. There are people out there who because of age, interpersonal skills, or education canât navigate the third party systems to correct the situation.
When people engage in commerce, there is an implied contract that both parties will act in good faith to exchange goods and services in an honest manner. Targetâs actions show that they are accepting of selling merchandise they know to be damaged, with no desire to correct...

Honestly I went with my fiance to get Xmas stuff and when I got to the line I did affirm on my phone because it had after pay witch I was in line for 35 min because it gave me temporary card to use at the register Which they informed me that they couldn't manually put in the computer. So I then tried to add it to my Samsung pass but it still wouldn't work at this point I'm really getting upset because line's are so long and everyone kept making remarks to us. Then finally different Associate came and told me to add it to my target app that I could pay that way and she tried it there times before she realized that I couldn't pay unless I used target card. On top off it I got charged just the money I had in there to do the payment but then i had to cancel it because we couldn't use that card.. so I walked out with no gifts and waiting for a refund to go back on my card... thanks so much.
