I was invited to a complimentary meal for two for their soft opening this weekend. I chose 12pm on Sunday 6/22. I RSVP’d and had a reservation set. I was on time for my reservation however they were running behind (pretty normal for around Central Park at 12! On a Sunday!!) waited for maybe 25 minutes and we were seated at a table for two. Very comfortable chairs for wood chairs, I prefer booths but they were all full so I was ok with the seating. The waitress was Krystal and she was very nice. You could tell she was either alittle nervous or really overwhelmed. But still super sweet and nice, got our drink order and we looked over the menu. Got our drinks at a reasonable time, and have our food orders. I ordered an additional side of fruit to be served before the meal. The wait for the food was really long and the waitress never came back with my fruit or to even talk to us and I saw her at other tables. Finally the food came and idk if what I ordered was supposed to be that cold but it was still good to eat… I had the Roastbeef with Monterey Jack cheese and horseradish on battered sourdough bread. Since it was battered bread I assumed it would be served somewhat warm but was very cold and not only that it comes with a side of greens which was replaced with the fruit I wanted before the meal, and the bread just seemed very hard on the outside not like battered and then put together, but battered prior to and left to dry and harden and just be that. Not sure how I felt about it, it was hard to chew but was ok with taste. My husband had the BLTE minus the E(egg) and side of broccoli cheddar soup. He said his was good and the soup was very hot! My favorite thing from this place is the Purple Haze drink!!!! Always amazing and delicious!!! I will definitely be going back as all of the ones I’ve ever been to are always delicious to eat at! Thanks for the complimentary meal! We will definitely be...
Read moreSaturday morning 0930. Very busy. Very loud inside. Received a BOGO offer for our 1st visit.
Seated quickly. 15 minutes for a waitress to arrive. Food arrived 24 minutes after order placed. Lots of staff on the floor. Wife's BLT was to come with the 2 eggs over easy on the side. No eggs. Had to wait 10 minutes for those and they were over hard not easy when they arrived. BLT was ok. My trifecta pancake was ok. 4 strips of bacon and the over easy eggs also came out hard. Tried the caramel iced coffee and it was way too sweet. At least we only paid half of the $37.03 tab for a trial run. Much better choices close by.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, flavorful, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees, but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. We don't care about your allergies, vibes, how "chill" you feel, or the need for gluten free food.

Read moreAs a client that had visited many First Watch restaurants I am disgusted on the experience from this location. I recommended this restaurant to my parents to try it out as my dad’s last good meal before going through scheduled surgery this week. I recommended many plates for them to try as this was their first time I wanted them to go knowing what to order. As they walked in they were not greeting by the hostess. They were taken to the table and the waiter, L*n took the order and informed my parents none of the items my mom had asked for were available. As my mother asked if the items were items not all locations had he answered annoyed that they just didn’t have it. My mother went on and ordered a different meal for herself, brother and my father. Food came and was not warm and not once did he come to check if they needed anything. Too busy chatting it up with other workers. They requested their receipt to pay and she took it to the hostess to pay and once again was not acknowledge just too the receipt out of her hand and payment. As my mother stayed putting her change away in her wallet next customer in line receive a smile and follow up questions in how the service was and how the food tasted etc. My mother was shocked to see that the treatment received was so different and couldn’t put her finger as to why, was it because she came one with two disabled guests or the obvious one which she hates to be treated nasty for but was it due to her race. As a Hispanic customer she was not given the service as she deserved as the others customers who came in before and after. Like I said before I have visited other First Watch restaurants and not once did I ever get a horrible service. Def came well recommend but first and last time they will ever step into...
