My niece loved the bear. She slept with it that night. The online process is poor but in person it was great. Build-A-Bear Workshop is a popular retail chain that allows customers to create customized stuffed animals. Pros: 1. Personalization: Build-A-Bear offers a unique and interactive experience where customers can choose and stuff their own stuffed animals, adding a personal touch. 2. Variety: They offer a wide range of stuffed animal options, including popular characters, allowing customers to find something they love. 3. Accessories: Build-A-Bear provides a variety of clothing and accessories to further customize the stuffed animals, enhancing play and creativity. 4. Memorable Experience: Many customers, especially children, find the process of creating their stuffed friend to be a memorable and enjoyable experience. Cons: 1. Cost: Build-A-Bear can be relatively expensive compared to pre-made stuffed animals, as customers pay for both the stuffed animal and any additional accessories. 2. Wait Times: During peak times, there might be long lines or wait times to go through the stuffing process, which can be challenging for impatient kids. 3. Limited Locations: Build-A-Bear stores are not available in all areas, making it less accessible to some potential customers. Overall, Build-A-Bear Workshop offers a fun and unique experience for creating customized stuffed animals. The cost can be a factor, but for many, the opportunity to create a special and personalized toy makes it worth the visit. Customer satisfaction can vary, so it's a good idea to check reviews specific to the location you plan to visit.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. I'm a huge Darth Vader fan and was able to snag one for my collection.

It’s a shame, first time coming here and it was an awful experience. I came in with my daughter and a few of her friends on my daughter’s 7th birthday 4/5/23. I couldn’t get the rsvp in time which was fine. We still came in as a walk in as I was told was appropriate to do… but that doesn’t mean we should’ve been treated a certain way. The young girl who was stuffing the bear was extremely rude. She had a nasty attitude with the children and myself. She had no enthusiasm and showed energy as if she was miserable and didn’t want to be there. In my opinion if you’re going to work at a place that consists of kids, you’re going to have stoop to the child’s level and be cheerful to make their experience exciting. Kids can be annoying, I know but the least she could’ve done is been nice. On top of that, there was a customer behind us in line that made me and the other parents I was with very uncomfortable because she was complaining and saying racial comments. Besides the young girl who was stuffing the bears, the staff Nina was super helpful and understanding. I made a complaint to the manager on shift that day as well and she was kind enough to help us out at the end.. but overall the experience wasn’t the best. I felt...

Came in for birthday promotion, was told only one bear qualified but said ok and me and my daughter proceeded to look around to see if there was anything she liked. My daughter is 3 and got distracted by the huge bear in the middle and kept trying to hug it. There was also a birthday party going on at this time. My daughter was jumping around from excitement and there was an employee (brunette) who tried yelling at my daughter, who is 3, idk what she was thinking or why she thought my 3 year old would knock something over, with me holding this huge bear myself, maybe she didn’t see me? Idk, but she tried yelling at my kid, until she looked up and saw me staring at her in her face.(clearly I was right next to my kid) only then and when she saw my husband approach did she try to soften her tone and by that time I was walking out. You have an issue with my child for whatever reason, you approach ME, not my 3 year old. I can’t speak on other employees here because not one approached me aside from one guy to say welcome and hello. But this woman, is the reason why I’d never come here and would tell everyone...
