I went to the Monmouth Mall store but they did not have what I was looking for. The associate there Mary, was wonderfully helpful and called Freehold to see if they had my item in stock. Not only did they have her waiting on hold forever but the phone disconnected and when she called back no one answered! So I decided I would call myself. When someone finally answered the phone at the Freehold store the associate tells me “oh yea I forgot to come back to the phone.” While I appreciate her honesty I still find that was extremely unprofessional. I visit the store to pick up my item and I get there and they have a small line partition outside where they make you line up give your name and wait to be called to go into the store. Now this idea is great for a hectic day like Black Friday but not when there are only 3 customers and 6 employees in the store! I was absolutely annoyed with my entire experience and will no longer patronize...
Read moreI just went in this afternoon at the Freehold Raceway Mall location on Mother’s Day. Despite being very busy, we were ushered in immediately and sent over to Sue for assistance. I informed Sue that my one charm had lost a crystal and I was interested in seeing my options for repair. Without question or further inquiries, Sue just carried on a pleasant conversation with me while she swapped out my defective charm for a brand new one.
I am a retail manager and was thrilled to receive this kind of outstanding customer service. This is the type of experience that will keep me tremendously loyal to Pandora and specifically this location!

Read moreI have been a Pandora loyal customer for the past decade and never had an issue until yesterday when i decided to shop at this location for the first time and probably the last one. If would have not been at another locations, i would have thought all of pandora employees lack customer service skills and empathy. The person who help me to get my items was so not energetic at all. And yes, i said get my items because all she did was to grab them from the drawers because i knew what i wanted. but between her and the cashier, i got zero customer services or a moment when i felt that i was valued as a customer.
