Spoke to an employee yesterday because I wanted to use the Black Friday discount, but couldn’t make it in store in person so I would’ve paid shipping, which nulled the discount. Asked if I could use a 15% off in store for the top I put on hold and she said yes. I came in store and they told me unfortunately I could not, because it was also online only. That’s totally fine, I completely understood that. I look at the top in person and they say it’s the last one, and has all the strings tugged and hanging on it. We ask for a damage discount and they refuse as well. Employee didn’t even say good day to us. Just very rude attitude and poor customer service. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I bought a shaper and was not told the item would be non refundable. Read moreI came into Windsor in Freehold last Sunday to shop for my daughters 8th grade dance and there was an older lady who was being very rude to me and overheard her being rude to other customers. She had a very bad attitude and was not helpful whatsoever so I came back yesterday and saw she was working again and was still being rude, she had the worst attitude towards customers and her employees. If you want good customer service at Windsor I suggest going to the one at Toms River. I'd rather drive 40 minutes to the one in Toms River than the one in freehold.
