Bear Hollow Wood Carvers — Local services in French Lick

Wood carvings are impressive. That being said, this is NOT the place to take a family or children (or a decent adult). The whole place is full of foul merchandise, half the stuff in there has profanity on it, in big and bright ways that we couldn't hide from the kids. Totally ruined our day when we were on vacation and thought we were going to a nice shop with the family to look for souvenirs. Don't want it to surprise others, so wanted to leave a review. Seriously, it's not just a shelf that you can steer away from, it's everywhere and disgusting. This is the first and last place we visited in French Lick - not taking the chance that others have a sense of decency. Sad...

Prices are a bit on the high side, but you can find things for all price ranges. Cute hats, handbags, jewelry, etc. We were the only ones in the store. What a fabulous store in French Lick. It was hard to make a decision about everything they had in the store. Great customer service, very friendly!
