La Michoacan Premium Fresno 2 — Restaurant in Fresno

This was my first time at this location, as i typically go to their first street location and I've only ever gotten their ice cream, nothing else. They have very good ice cream and a nice selection of flavors, they have ice cream on a stick/Popsicles called "Palleta's" in Spanish, which are also very good and beautifully made and packaged. Both stores look clean inside, minus the floor at the first street location and I think that it has to do with the heavy traffic. The staff are okay, there is 1 man who is always really nice and I believe he might be the manager, I've seen him at both locations, in fact, he helped me the other day. What i dislike, is that there are not any prices listed, so I don't know if I am being fairly charged ...because he first rang me up at 1 price and then quickly changed it saying it was another price, so I ended up paying $8. Something for two scoops of ice cream on a cone. By the way, you get more ice cream in a cup .I always get Gansito and Ferrero roche. Once I chose the strawberry cheesecake and it would've been good, had it not had lumps in it. Parking was fine, not very much though, same goes for the first street location...there are parking spaces, but not enough close to...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I was really looking forward to enjoying some ice cream, but the experience was completely ruined by the staff (young dude) rude attitude. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The person behind the counter acted like I was bothering them b y just placing an order. No greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about flavors, I got a sarcastic, dismissive response.

It’s one thing to be busy — it’s another to be flat-out disrespectful. Customer service matters, especially in a place meant to be fun and family-friendly. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t...

The corn cup is small for the price in Selma I only pay 5.75 and it’s filled up to the top….and I baldo bought some Tosti loco and I paid 10.99 I believe, it had no flavor and it only had cucumber and jícama when there suppose to add mango in it I asked if it doesn’t come with the tamarindo candies and they said it would be an extra $1 ….
