Taqueria El Guero — Restaurant in Fresno

This is the best Mexican food that I've found in Fresno, bar none. Why do I feel qualified to say this? I'm from so cal, home of thee best Mexican food in the damn nation. I'm not talking Tex-mex btw. I am so lucky to have had some of the best Mexican food ever. Literally

This place reminds me so much of home. I had the combo with 2 carnitas and cheese enchilada. I ate the whole thing in one sitting. It was so delicious. This place is not playing around yall

This place is my go to for Mexican food in downtown. Since I'm vegetarian I order the vegetarian quesadilla and boy, let me tell you, the thing is huge, you could easily share it with someone but my fata$$ always eats it whole with their complimentary chips and salsa. Their service is always on point and the owners are very kind. I could not imagine giving this place anything less than 5 stars. If you're in the area it is a must try. Will not be disappointed! I been eating at this awesome little place for years and the food is excellent. The staff is the greatest. And the prices are very reasonable. It feels like im in a small mexican cafe in mexico when i eat here and thats what an authentic mexican food place should feel like. Dont worry about whats going on outside. Its like dinner and a movie here at times. Just sit, eat great food and watch the show out the window....
