Amazing customer service. Nancy was very helpful with all of my redundant questions (sorry). I've played 4 games thus far and all were super fun. The twenties game was fun because there were opposing mobsters - what's not fun about that? The Ugly Sweater game was even better since my guests got into a competition about their sweaters in addition to the mystery - which was great, as well. I've also done Monsters and Mayhem (or something like that), and my guests went all out with their super freaky monster costumes (I was the Grim Reaper one, which was cool). I ordered one of their games as something different to do for a dinner party. The instructions were clear, and the required materials came organized and nicely packaged.
