First Watch is always a solid choice for a fresh and satisfying breakfast, and my visit to their Frisco, TX location did not disappoint. From the cozy atmosphere to the well-executed dishes, this was a great start to the day. What I Ordered: • Mint Mocha Iced Coffee – AMAZING. This drink was as indulgent as it looks—smooth, creamy, and rich with a perfect balance of chocolate and mint. The drizzle of chocolate and the sprinkle of chocolate chips on top added a nice touch. If you’re a fan of mocha drinks, this is a must-try. • Parma Hash – This dish was packed with flavor. It starts with a bed of seasoned potatoes that were crispy on the outside and tender inside, then loaded with Italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. The mix of Parmesan and Mozzarella added a nice melty richness, and the fresh herbs gave it a pop of brightness. I had my eggs over easy, which allowed the yolk to mix into everything—definitely the way to go. The whole grain artisan toast was a great complement, with a nice spread of butter and a side of jam that added a touch of sweetness. Final Verdict: First Watch in Frisco delivered a fantastic breakfast experience. The Mint Mocha Iced Coffee is a must-try, and the Parma Hash is a great pick if you love hearty, flavorful dishes with a bit of an Italian twist. Highly recommend!

The family wanted brunch after church so I looked on Yelp for a good place nearby. This came up with a great menu for everyone so we decided to drop in. It was around 1pm and the place was busy, but the hostess said we would be seated within 25 minutes and indeed we were. Everyone there was extremely friendly. Even after our server had come by to take our drink order, because we didn't have any food or drinks at our table, two other servers stopped by to ask if we needed anything. The server provided us excellent recommendations and was very patient with us. We brought our two daughters, 12 and 8, who are both extremely picky. The 8 yr-old ordered grilled cheese, but didn't like the type of cheese it came with and our server was amazingly understanding about it and gave her something else to eat. My husband ordered to chorizo omelet which he really enjoyed and I had the eggs benedict with fruit on the side. The girls both enjoyed their hot chocolate. I wish I could remember our server's name because she was extremely impressive and I would love to give her a shout out here, but I did let her manager know that she made the experience wonderful. Our family and I highly recommend and would absolutely return.

First watch always my 1st choice if I want some healthy brunch for the day! I love that they have seasonal menu. And it always brings me so much surprise. We order the special menu new items called “ Barbacoa Breakfast Burrito”. It looks so cute! Like a dessert hehe. The taste is good! The beef is so tender and juicy. The inside has scrambled egg, potatoes, black beans and two cheeses; covered with avocado, cotija cheese and sauce! Nice and decent burrito! I order the Bacado egg omelette. It’s my first time tried their omelette which a HUGE surprise!! It is super yummy and nice portions! You can choose mix greens or potatoes. I love this dish so much! The toasts are awesome as well! Highly recommend. We also order the gingerbread spiced donut! It is tiny and super super yummy!!! The favor just so good. The service is nice and friendly. But the food took a while( maybe around 10-15mins). It was a week day noon, so it was not a busy time period. But the food still took a while. Other than that, everything are awesome! A nice option for some healthy diet!

My wife and I had the WORST experience we have ever had in our entire life at a restaurant. We frequently eat out at the nice eateries in the area and we told to try First Watch. We tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago and absolutely loved the food. We loved it so much we went back the following weekend for round 2. This was an unbelievably horrible mistake.

We sat down to a completely soaked table. The menu was drenched from the amount of water on the table and our sleeves were even wet. No problem, they dried it with napkins and it was OK. We were sat in a room to the left and everyone was complaining about how freezing it was in this area. We mentioned it to the waiter and he even stated it was really cold and would turn it down. Our Waiter took our order and we waited, and waited. After 30 minutes we were really surprised that we didn't have our food and everyone that came after us had finished their meals. After 40 minutes we asked for a Manager...

The Manager approached the table with an attitude. We explained our situation that we came back after a wonderful experience and this time it was the complete opposite. It had been 40 minutes + we waited 25 minutes for a table. We had been at the restaurant for over an hour with no food. He started making a ton of excuses. He stated that he was washing dishes because they were down 3 people, the room stays cold because it's isolated, they were really busy, yada, yada, yada. We just wanted our food and the Manager took absolutely no ownership in our situation. He said he would take care of our meal, which we didn't care about we were just hungry.

Our Server came over and said it was his fault, he forgot to place our order and they were just now starting it. The manager brought our food 10 minutes later and was still making excuses. I told him that we don't want to hear excuses we just wanted our food. He began to start arguing with me, "What excuses?" I told him everything he said, and that they shouldn't be seating all these people if they are so short handed and it was the server that made the mistake and not because they were short staffed. He continued to argue and raise his voice with me. Finally, I said, can I please just eat my breakfast? Then he was super passive aggressive!!

He proceeded to go to the table behind me and clearing all the plates super loud and slamming them together as he was stacking them. He was pacing by our table mean mugging us and stomping. Finally, we left, gave the gift card he gave us to the table next to us and he chased us out screaming, "HAVE A NICE DAY!" I could not believe this is the way we were treated. Even the tables around us were shocked! I have worked in the service industry and I would never have expected this behavior from a Manager. His name is Josh, and he is a horrible human being. We shared our experience so they could improve. We came back because the food is great. We will NEVER come back because of the awful experience. I will never forget the way we were treated, unbelievable. Makes me sick to my stomach rehashing...

Save your money and spare your taste buds!

This is actually just a sister restaurant to the "Egg & I" company. It has a great re-do of the interior but that is where the pleasantries stop.

My husband and I were seated fairly quickly. The waitress was Lovely and bright. She answered our questions about the company and how long the location has been open. We ordered coffees and 1 orange juice... Our course was barbacoa toast, elevated egg sandwich and heirloom tomato burrata toast and one bowl tomato bisque.

The barboacoa toast was lacking in most ingredients listed to come with it. No avocado, hollandaise or fresh cilantro to be seen. The meat was overly seasoned and obscenely salty!

"Elevated" egg sandwich, where to begin? A basic over sized hamburger bun they are dubbing a brioche bun :( . Very little gruyere cheese, hardly any avocado and the arugula unseasoned. I got mixed greens instead of potatoes, it looked like they had just reached in a pre mix bag from walmart took a palm full and dropped it on the plate. To add to my disappointment I ordered it as listed, over easy... but the kitchen over did it to hard done. The final straw in destroying any egg sandwich.

Heirloom tomato burrata toast was just a very thick piece of multi grain toast topped by cherry tomatoes cut in half. No inventive or tasty seasoning, just something resembling Kraft italian dressing. A ball shaped dollop of burrata cheese on top. The eggs thankfully were cooked appropriately, but lacking any parmesan cheese.

Tomato bisque, well.... it is just reconstituted Condensed tomato soup with some oregano strewn on top. Horrible. Just don't.

We took the effort to inform our waitress about the ill-prepared food. Just so the kitchen could be aware. At the end we informed the man at the front, he didn't offer his name or extend a hand so, could be a manager, about our unpleasant culinary experience. 》》He said, "I will remove 1 item from your bill" we responded with that is very nice but he doesn't have to... which only gave us an awkward moment because of his sarcastic and uncalled for response of "well, yes, I don't HAVE TO do that" I just ended up saying it was thoughtful to clear the air

Please, spare yourself or your loved ones from passé companies trying to look like a small business. The food was not good and the price was not worth it. The sarcasm from management is unneeded. All in all, Just say No to First...

Sitting here after my first try at this restaurant. Super mad. They have all this "healthy" food, and yet they don't cater at all to Dairy allergies. I ask my server if there were any options for pancakes, french toast, waffles, omelets. She had to go back and ask, which is fine, and came back with a hard NO. Yet they state everything is made from scratch, that's all a lie. If it's made from scratch surely there are dairy alternatives.

So after asking for dairy free options and getting the hard No, I order the traditional breakfast, two eggs, bacon or sausage option, potatoes, and a toast. Again I reiterate I need it Dairy free, that I have an allergy, and that I need it cooked in oil. I also asked to change the bread from multigrain to sourdough. My waiter says "So no butter", I say correct, also no milk and no cheese. I received my order, and it came with multigrain, no big deal right? She comes back with Sourdough after I flag her down, and it was "dry"(no butter). So i start to eat, finish my eggs sausage and start on the potatoes, and i can start to tell somethings wrong, i can taste the heavy butter in the potatoes. Then i look at the multigrain bread that came with the dish, the multigrain came out with butter in between the pieces. So NOTHING was put in asking to cook in oil, nothing was put in saying dairy free, she only asked for the sourdough to be dry after I flagged her down and she "remembered".

Terrible service and terrible options.

So I'll also say, the options are bad, the pork sausage is only links, all other options are chicken or turkey. The portion of bread is like a mini slice, seriously about half the size of a normal piece of bread. The only jam/preserves option is strawberry and it is squirted from a squeeze bottle into a small side cup, and you get just enough to cover half a slice. What I did eat of the potatoes was half burnt half uncooked, and the seasoning was burnt and bitter.

Now I'm sitting here after eating this and contemplating on whether or not to go to...
