This experience was the worst I've ever had at Cici's. When we arrived we ordered buffets for us and the kids. Low and behold there was no plain cheese pizza on the buffet. First of all, why is there no plain cheese on the buffet? Not everyone eats pepperoni or Alfredo sauce cheese pizza. I have picky kids. I specially ordered a PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA on one of their special order slips. I checked red sauce and regular crust and in the comments I wrote plain cheese pizza. When our buzzer went off, I went to pickup the pizza from the counter and they try to hand me a macaroni and cheese pizza. I said I didn't order that. The employee with as much attitude as she can muster told me that I wrote macaroni and cheese on the form. I said, "I never would've written Mac and cheese on the order form". With additional attitude she about flung the buzzer to me and said take this. When I went to pickup the cheese pizza she mustered again as much attitude as possible and said "one cheese pizza" and I promptly informed her she didn't need to have such an attitude. And then to top it all off there's a dead bug on the drink dispenser area. Take a look. Our family will never be back to this Cici's or any other Cici's.

This is the best pizza buffet that I have ever had. Vegetarian options are very scant in pizza buffet, but Cici's Pizza is an exception. They had multiple Vegetarian options like Bread sticks, Cheese Pizza, Veggie Pizza (freshly made), Mac & Cheese, Salad bar, Pasta etc. Ken was very friendly when we informed him about food restrictions and took time to explain what all are suitable for vegetarians and if it contains Meat / Seafood / Egg etc. He specifically informed that soup contains Chicken and Brownies have Egg in them, very thoughtful. I will definitely keep coming back here !!!

This location has seriously improved! I remember coming here pre-covid and it wasn’t nearly as clean and welcoming as it is now. Cassandra was super helpful and I super appreciated how kindly everybody greeted me and my friends. We had a great time playing games and eating pizza to our hearts content, and it was so nice to go to a cicis again since it’s been so long. The cinnamon rolls are just as good as i remember!!! And I love their new prize system. Overall, they’ve definitely upgraded and you should definitely visit. :-) good food for an even better price

I unfortunately keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt of changing for the better. I can't remember an experience within the last four to five visits where the Buffet was essentially empty (including today's visit). The only Pizza being put out were specials like Jalapeno Pepperoni, and Buffalo Chicken (which sat untouched for many, many minutes) it seemed from looking around the restaurant that fewer than half of the customers even had food on their plates beyond salads and pasta as there literally wasn't any Pizza to eat.

I just wish when I got the desire to eat good ol' Cicis I wouldn't have to deal with this disappointment of a location.

The food is great as all would expect, so don't get me wrong about that. It's just that the service / and or management of this location is absolutely horrible. There should never be a time where more than half of the restaurant is waiting at their tables for there to be actual food on the Buffet.

I should also mention that before the remodel I never had these problems, as mentioned by other reviewers the remodel must have brought in bad staff or something because this location had no problems before the remodel. It's just sad after eating at this location for 8+ years that I find my self regretting chosing the location whenever I...

So this place was awesome pre-COVID. Since they have closed and had reopened. Today was my first visit since they reopened and didn't have a great experience. My wife and three children came in and spent over 40 for the buffet. Initially there was very few slices to choose from. So only 2 of us were able to get a slice each while the others waited for more to come out. When they did come out it was specialty pizza that kids don't eat. And when the more of the traditional types came out... They were half pies. And there was a mad rush by all patrons to get those. Meanwhile they were taking special orders from others while not fulfilling the buffet traditional choices. My wife who had yet to get anything and decided she wanted a refund and leave. She was trying not to come off as a Karen, but the manager treated her as such. Not planning on coming back as the operation doesn't seem to be inline with...
