My experience will never be forgotten because it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I could not recommend Jaguar Land Rover Frisco enough. I am so grateful for Milaad, with whom I worked with buying the vehicle. He went ABOVE and beyond to ensure that my experience was as perfect as possible. Milaad exhibited more than excellent customer service, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and overall made me feel like I was in the best hands. Glenn was also very helpful in the car buying experience. Kai, was very warm as well, and he really broke down the warranties as well as general information that was so helpful. Rob came in and was very customer oriented and helpful. Allan was also very friendly. Everything was organized and smooth! EXCELLENT. People need to know about it! Thank you to everyone, and for the names of the other gentlemen working in the establishment whose names I did not get, thank you for being so friendly. I also LOVE my new vehicle!

UPDATE: 5/3/22 I just wanted to take the time to add to my first review. I recently visited Landrover Frisco for service and received the same stellar service as always! They went out of their way to ensure I received the best service possible. One of the things they did this time was provide me an Uber back to the dealership for my vehicle since I decided to have express service (immediate). I greatly appreciate the service here, I realize that at Landrover Frisco, extraordinary service can be expected. Thank you!

Update: customer service for vehicle maintenance has been nothing short of spectacular. I recently visited for maintenance and received excellent customer service working with George in the service department. George offered excellent customer service. He was informative, expedient, and accommodating. I am greatly appreciative of his spectacular service with me as a customer!

Recent service February 2024: Jonathon did a great job accommodating my needs, I am especially thankful for his service. I received wonderful service from all other interactions with other members of the team at Land Rover Frisco, as always, it is so very appreciated.

Review for 2024 Range Rover Sport I was genuinely excited when I purchased the 2024 Range Rover Sport in April 2024, expecting a premium experience from such a well-known luxury brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Issues Encountered: Water Leak Issue: On the first car wash after buying it, I noticed water leaking into the car. I promptly sent it for servicing, but the issue was not properly resolved. Speaker Cover & Black Paste: Shortly after, I noticed the speaker cover was coming loose. Additionally, a black paste applied near the mirror glass was poorly done and started melting. This necessitated another trip to the service center. Frequent Service Visits: Within less than a year, my brand-new car has been to the service center twice for issues that shouldn’t exist in a vehicle at this price point. Holiday Season Ruined: This holiday season, instead of enjoying road trips with my family in my luxury SUV, I’m stuck searching for rental cars because my Range Rover is still at the service center. Inadequate Loan Car Policy: The loaner vehicle provided by the dealership comes with restrictions on how far it can be driven, making it impractical for holiday travel. Emotional Impact: This car was a significant investment for me, and I expected it to deliver on its promises of reliability and luxury. Instead, I’ve faced embarrassment, inconvenience, and regret. Friends and family can’t believe a brand-new Range Rover is already in the service center—twice! Final Thoughts: To the management at Range Rover: Your lack of quality control and proper customer support has turned my dream car into a regrettable purchase. Jonathan and the sales team did their part well, but it’s the back-end teams and service management that have failed miserably. This is not the experience one expects after spending so much money on a luxury vehicle. My holiday plans and mood have been ruined, and I feel cheated. Verdict: At this point, I cannot recommend the 2024 Range Rover Sport to anyone. The brand needs to seriously address its quality and service standards if it wants to maintain its reputation in the luxury market. If there was a way to do negative stars I would. What a joke of an establishment. Went there with both key fobs in my pocket and ready to trade into a Defender 130 X Dynamic that I've been drooling over on line. Took time out of my day to go to this place, I parked right up front. First I walked the lot and checked out the 2 130's outside which were S's. Checked those out for maybe 10 minutes. Then walked inside. Walked past a couple of salesmen that were at their desks. Walked past the greeting desk which was empty. Then checked out the 130 in the showroom. walked around it a few times. I opened the back door, then sat in the drivers seat for about 15-20 minuets. Was going through all of the settings. I thought i was finally gonna be greeted but that salesman got up from his desk to take pictures of the car next to the defender I was in and went right back to his desk. After a total of about 25/30 minutes I had to asked to speak to a manager. I was so intrigued to see what type of person manages a business like this. I was not surprised at all. This sorry excuse of a manager acted like I was interrupting his game of solitaire on his computer. Almost shrugging his shoulders he came over to me. This guy didn't have a smile on his face and seemed very depressed. (If that's the case I'm sorry and I hope he gets better soon). I then told him I have been here for about 25/30 minutes and have yet to be greeted. Told him I came to see a Defender 130 X Dynamic. Had both of my fobs to my practically new 24 Yukon Denali and honestly came to drive off in a defender. I should have asked for the managers supervisor but I was so shocked at the way I was treated (or actually not treated) that I honestly had to get out of there. I told the manager that if I'm going to be spending between 85k-120k on a vehicle I should be greeted within the very first few minutes of being there. In his monotone voice he said I agree. No apology,no nothing. I said this is absolutely ridiculous. He went back to play solitaire and I get the hell out of there. I should have listened to my friends that said go to Dallas. Do not go to Frisco. You live and you learn. The owner of this dealership should really think about changing his staff. I'm sure you would see a difference in...

Alisha was excellent to work with. I am not the easiest buyer to dealer with. I like to make sure everything is just right before buying. I spent about 10-20 mins trying to look through features and getting android auto to work after the test drive. There was no pressure to just decide. I had no feeling of being rushed. The entire experience was just easy. I was offered several packages which I took. Alisha was transparent and forthright with a great attitude. In financing, Kai was awesome to work with. There was no rush, he has a great demeanor and was happy to do a line item breakdown. When he was trying to make any kind of change, he was happy to show how he did what he did and explain why. I will certainly be taking a ride back here (despite having a closer dealer) simply because it was a pleasant experience. The car was priced competitively. I looked at well over 60 listings across the nation (of around 156) and this car was very reasonable. The dealer fees are not excessive and are transparent. I did buy quite a bit in warranty options on the CPO but I really love the dealership's decision to only sell the best warranty options and offer a custom length to mileage design. I wanted to have 6 years of warranty but only needed 48,000 miles of coverage as I primarily work from home. They accommodated and offered a competitive price. I was buying a vehicle but instead of concern, I had a ton of fun. I was in financing for a vehicle and can genuinely say it was a pleasure. I have owned around 14 vehicles before this, and driven 100+ rental cars. The buying and driving experience in my 2019 Land Rover Discovery (SC v6 gas) started in a fantastic way. The drive home really made the experience special given the ample power and better than rated mpg (27.3 mpg for my friend and 23.3 mpg for me when I was just driving and enjoying the ride as I normally would without concern for fuel economy). Not to mention that windows down driving is class leading for wind management and the ride comfort to handling mix is great.

Update: 5/22/24: Though I was not expecting the news of my transmission going out in my RR and having to purchase another LR when I came in on Monday it is because of the GREAT SERVICE I receive at LR Frisco that I helped me make the decision to purchase and LR. Jason the service manager and Megan my service representative is ALWAYS the absolute best and provides the best customer service and professionalism. I'm so grateful Megan introduced me to Alisha another great extension of LRFrisco sales department who worked to get me into a Landrover that I always wanted. Not all Landrover Dealerships are the same as I pass two in order to get to LR Frisco. I'm big on customer service and LR Frisco always provides the best and if I have ever felt customer service was off Jason makes sure that I walk away satisfied. Because of service like this I'll be a LR owner for life ♥️ This was a time I received not so favorable service in 2023: Grateful Jason and Mike Pike try to accommodate me getting a loaner whenever my car is in the shop however highly disappointed with the service I received this time after repairs. And to think I paid $250 for a diagnostic and paid for what was recommended the first time to come pick my car up and the same light is still on and to not even be offered a credit for the diagnostic that they didn’t get right and still couldn’t specifically tell me what needed to be done for 6k more they were asking.
