My experience will never be forgotten because it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I could not recommend Jaguar Land Rover Frisco enough. I am so grateful for Milaad, with whom I worked with buying the vehicle. He went ABOVE and beyond to ensure that my experience was as perfect as possible. Milaad exhibited more than excellent customer service, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and overall made me feel like I was in the best hands. Glenn was also very helpful in the car buying experience. Kai, was very warm as well, and he really broke down the warranties as well as general information that was so helpful. Rob came in and was very customer oriented and helpful. Allan was also very friendly. Everything was organized and smooth! EXCELLENT. People need to know about it! Thank you to everyone, and for the names of the other gentlemen working in the establishment whose names I did not get, thank you for being so friendly. I also LOVE my new vehicle!
UPDATE: 5/3/22 I just wanted to take the time to add to my first review. I recently visited Landrover Frisco for service and received the same stellar service as always! They went out of their way to ensure I received the best service possible. One of the things they did this time was provide me an Uber back to the dealership for my vehicle since I decided to have express service (immediate). I greatly appreciate the service here, I realize that at Landrover Frisco, extraordinary service can be expected. Thank you!
Update: customer service for vehicle maintenance has been nothing short of spectacular. I recently visited for maintenance and received excellent customer service working with George in the service department. George offered excellent customer service. He was informative, expedient, and accommodating. I am greatly appreciative of his spectacular service with me as a customer!

Read moreReview for 2024 Range Rover Sport I was genuinely excited when I purchased the 2024 Range Rover Sport in April 2024, expecting a premium experience from such a well-known luxury brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Issues Encountered: Water Leak Issue: On the first car wash after buying it, I noticed water leaking into the car. I promptly sent it for servicing, but the issue was not properly resolved. Speaker Cover & Black Paste: Shortly after, I noticed the speaker cover was coming loose. Additionally, a black paste applied near the mirror glass was poorly done and started melting. This necessitated another trip to the service center. Frequent Service Visits: Within less than a year, my brand-new car has been to the service center twice for issues that shouldn’t exist in a vehicle at this price point. Holiday Season Ruined: This holiday season, instead of enjoying road trips with my family in my luxury SUV, I’m stuck searching for rental cars because my Range Rover is still at the service center. Inadequate Loan Car Policy: The loaner vehicle provided by the dealership comes with restrictions on how far it can be driven, making it impractical for holiday travel. Emotional Impact: This car was a significant investment for me, and I expected it to deliver on its promises of reliability and luxury. Instead, I’ve faced embarrassment, inconvenience, and regret. Friends and family can’t believe a brand-new Range Rover is already in the service center—twice! Final Thoughts: To the management at Range Rover: Your lack of quality control and proper customer support has turned my dream car into a regrettable purchase. Jonathan and the sales team did their part well, but it’s the back-end teams and service management that have failed miserably. This is not the experience one expects after spending so much money on a luxury vehicle. My holiday plans and mood have been ruined, and I feel cheated. Went there with both key fobs in my pocket and ready to trade into a Defender 130 X Dynamic that I've been drooling over on line. Took time out of my day to go to this place, I parked right up front. First I walked the lot and checked out the 2 130's outside which were S's. Checked those out for maybe 10 minutes. Then walked inside. Walked past a couple of salesmen that were at their desks. Walked past the greeting desk which was empty. Then checked out the 130 in the showroom. walked around it a few times. I opened the back door, then sat in the drivers seat for about 15-20 minuets. Was going through all of the settings. I thought i was finally gonna be greeted but that salesman got up from his desk to take pictures of the car next to the defender I was in and went right back to his desk. After a total of about 25/30 minutes I had to asked to speak to a manager. I was so intrigued to see what type of person manages a business like this. I was not surprised at all. This sorry excuse of a manager acted like I was interrupting his game of solitaire on his computer. Almost shrugging his shoulders he came over to me. This guy didn't have a smile on his face and seemed very depressed. (If that's the case I'm sorry and I hope he gets better soon). I then told him I have been here for about 25/30 minutes and have yet to be greeted. Told him I came to see a Defender 130 X Dynamic. Had both of my fobs to my practically new 24 Yukon Denali and honestly came to drive off in a defender. I should have asked for the managers supervisor but I was so shocked at the way I was treated (or actually not treated) that I honestly had to get out of there. I told the manager that if I'm going to be spending between 85k-120k on a vehicle I should be greeted within the very first few minutes of being there. In his monotone voice he said I agree. No apology,no nothing. I said this is absolutely ridiculous. He went back to play solitaire and I get the hell out of there. I should have listened to my friends that said go to Dallas.
