DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! If you need to fill a prescription to get relieve for you/your kid/your loved one, go anyway else. There is a CVS JUST FOWN THE ROAD, there is a pharmacy across the street in Tom Thumb, and Walmart pharmacy just of s-121. My child was sick and in pain. I asked the doctor the send the prescription to Walgreens of Lebanon rd in Frisco. I went to pickup and drive through said it didn’t see the prescription. I went inside, and asked them to please check again. I was told that they did had the prescription information, but it wasn’t ready because they just received it…. I asked how soon they could have it and they said 1 hour. I took my kid home to get her comfortable. Got my sick kid back in the car and went back to the pharmacy 1 1/2 hours later (giving them an extra 30min to get it). I had to waited 30 minutes in the drive through line, just to be told that they didn’t have ANY record of her prescription. I again parked and went inside to see what the issue was, and I was told they didn’t receive any prescription for my daughter. I asked for the lady that had talked to me before (and said to come back in 1 hour), and they said she left.. I asked the pharmacy technician that was still there (and who I had asked a question about the prescription), and she said that she didn’t know anything…. That she remembered talking with me, but she wasn’t paying attention to what I needed. I asked why I was told that they didn’t have t he s prescription and to come back, and the rude attendant just said I don’t know I just got here, and promptly told me to leave because he didn’t know anything!!!!! In general I don’t wish bad to others, but I do to this people! My child deserved to have her medication and the relief that the prescription that the medicine was meant to provide and not only she didn’t get it, but also she had to spend hours in the car instead of at home resting. YHIS PROPLE ARE A DISGRACE!!!! Go...
Read moreIt’s a pity employees couldn’t admit mistakes and instead fight/blackmail money paying customers. Daniel Pribble the shameless pharmacy manager threatened me to deny sale of a prefilled asthma Rx for my four year old just because his ego would not let him apologize for the mistakes he and his technician have done.
Date: 2/12/2023 Drop off: around 7 PM (paper Rx) Pick up: around 8 PM
There were three Rx s and while dropping off I specifically told 2-3 times the pharmacy technician to hold off on the antibiotic. Cut the chase, she ended up filling the antibiotic. I said I I don’t need it and asked the paper Rx back to which she & Daniel denied. I was like ok they must have committed a mistake and went ahead with purchase of the asthma Rx. While paying I have asked the technician “Do you at least remember I have told 2-3 times not to fill the antibiotic?” then comes Tyrant Daniel the Pharmacy manager. Instead of tendering an apology he chose to blackmail me to not sell the already filled asthma Rx and display his ego just because he happened to be the pharmacy manager. This all happened while I was already paying for the Rx using my credit card. Walgreens should work on employing better pharmacy technicians/pharmacists. These guys are some serious liability for the company and never should be employed at any pharmacy forget...
Read moreDue to an outdated speaker system, there was a significant miscommunication that revealed a lack of patience and empathy from the staff. When I pressed the call button, I couldn’t hear the speaker clearly and assumed it might be an automated voice. After waiting a few minutes, I pressed the call button again, thinking there might have been a mistake. The first pharmacist yelled at me, stating they were the only person available and I needed to wait. When I tried to apologize for the miscommunication, they hung up before I could finish.
The second pharmacist, while retrieving my medication, only informed me that they were out of network. It seemed they were implying that I couldn’t get my medication. I had to take the initiative to ask if I could still purchase it without insurance and find out the cost. The medication was reasonably priced, so I’m unsure why they made it seem like there were no other options.
During both encounters, I was met with disrespect. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy or drive-thru. There needs to be an update to the speaker system and a change in...
