I recently visited Malabar Gold & Diamonds and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Soumya, the sales assistant. She was extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions, carefully explaining the details of different designs, and showed me a wide range of options. Her warm and friendly approach made me feel valued as a customer.

However, one of the major drawbacks of my visit was the long waiting time for billing and getting an estimate. Due to limited counter machines, the process was slow, causing unnecessary delays. It would be much more convenient if the store had additional billing counters to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Since this is a new store, I understand that it will take time to fully develop. However, the collection was smaller than expected. A wider variety of designs would make the store more appealing and enjoyable for shoppers looking for more options.

Despite these minor setbacks, the store has great potential, and Soumya’s excellent customer service truly stood out. Looking forward to seeing improvements in store operations and an expanded collection...
