Walgreens — Local services in Frisco

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! If you need to fill a prescription to get relieve for you/your kid/your loved one, go anyway else. There is a CVS JUST FOWN THE ROAD, there is a pharmacy across the street in Tom Thumb, and Walmart pharmacy just of s-121. My child was sick and in pain. I asked the doctor the send the prescription to Walgreens of Lebanon rd in Frisco. I went to pickup and drive through said it didn't see the prescription. I went inside, and asked them to please check again. I was told that they did had the prescription information, but it wasn't ready because they just received it.... I asked how soon they could have it and they said 1 hour. I took my kid home to get her comfortable. Got my sick kid back in the car and went back to the pharmacy 1 1/2 hours later (giving them an extra 30min to get it). I had to waited 30 minutes in the drive through line, just to be told that they didn't have ANY record of her prescription. I again parked and went inside to see what the issue was, and I was told they didn't receive any prescription for my daughter. I asked for the lady that had talked to me before (and said to come back in 1 hour), and they said she left.. I asked the pharmacy technician that was still there (and who I had asked a question about the prescription), and she said that she didn't know anything.... That she remembered talking with me, but she wasn't paying attention to what I needed. I asked why I was told that they didn't have t he s prescription and to come back, and the rude attendant just said I don't know I just got here, and promptly told me to leave because he didn't know anything!!!!! In general I don't wish bad to others, but I do to this people! My child deserved to have her medication and the relief that the prescription that the medicine was meant to provide and not only she didn't get it, but also she had to spend hours in the car instead of at home resting. YHIS PROPLE ARE A DISGRACE!!!! Go anywhere else* It was store 4786 and all started at about 8:30pm (I was dismissed and me and my child sent home without the medication at around 10:30pm.———- I just spoke to the prescribing doctor and they said that they had confirmation that the prescription was received at 7:50pm AND when the call the pharmacy (because I begged them to help me figure out the problem so my kid could get her medicine, they were told that YES!!! They HAVE the prescription 😡🤬😡. So my child suffered through the night unnecessarily!!!AGAIN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! CVS IS JUST A COUPLE OF BLOCKS...

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I want to let you know that this Walgreens locate at the corner of LEBANON and PRESTON RD. in FRISCO TX 75034, is absolutely RUDE and CARELESS about their job. Their job is suppose to help the patient to figurative out all the issue with medication and the billing for Insurance, my daughter is a special need child, we have MEDICAID as the Primary Insurance for her, not because we are poor but because base on her condition that's the only healthcare solution we can have for her. The staff member work inside the Pharmacy area they always treat us with a very bad attitude, I feel disrespected when I have to visit to pick up or refill the RX for my daughter. They humiliate Black people and racist Asian people. I always have to refill a week ahead before the medication was gone at home, but they always delayed my daughter RX, they are blaming the doctors, which my doctor have to call and complaint, they are telling lies about MEDICAID and INSURANCE Story. They simply careless if the patient will be suffocate without the medication or not. They even said it won't be their problem if my daughter can't survive through the night without the medication. I really want to ask base on what specific requirement that can you actually hire Pharmacist like that to work? My last words are if they are professional and proud about what they do, why don't they act like one, funny that they called us uneducated but they way they talk make me serious concern about what's uneducated mean. They can't treat patient with respect, then at least talk to the family member with a nicer words, not turn around and laugh behind those medication shelf and said that they don't care about what people can said about them, because if they don't process the order, the patient won't have medications either. Lastly the Manager is helpless, he can't do anything about that, he can't give a better solution for the situation, and he can't talk to calm the patient either. It's a very bad business, before I actually gonna submit a complaint to the STATE of TEXAS, about this PHARMACY, I really hope that there will be someone can actually listen to us, and help this business location. Otherwise this Pharmacy should be shut down soon because all of this STAFF MEMBER REACTIONS.

THANK YOU, but I truly disappointed about...

I used to love this location but now the Drive Thru its ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE. Im writing this while Im in a line of 10 cars in the only window attending! Because the 2nd drive thru line had been CLOSED with a shopping cart for months now! If you are in pain like me and want to pick up your prescription fast go somewhere else this place its a NO NO for emergencies! No to mention sometimes when you finally get to the window they said come back later is not ready yet. Im here for a muscle pain medication & heart medication they cant have any excuses for something important like this!! Im late to take them 2 days now 😤 I arrived here 6:00pm an its 6:34pm im not even close to the window there is 2 cars still in front of me trying to get their meds! Drive thru?? And it said on column both lanes open...what a joke!! 35 minutes to get my meds at their drive thru? Seriously...well guess what wss there again Feb 3rd 2024...nothing had changed and now,they not only haVe 1 but 2 shopping carts in the 2nd drive thru window. 35 minutes was my wait this,time!! They are breakimg their own slow record... And they made me return in 15 minutes cuz it wasnt ready!! As USUAL Always the same at this,Walgreens dont waste your life here! Im sick of it! Will change pharmacy soon. Do yourself a favor dont try this place if you are sick or in pain! HI AGAIN february 12, 2024 went to my nightmare Walgreens and yes your guess is right they didnt have my blood thinners meds ready. Big deal come tomorrowand get it! Oh no no no thats a med you cant play with needed it TODAY.. my care giver took over amd we wait 25 minutes to get it. When on Saturday they promise us it was about to be ready Monday morning!! We were there almost 5pm and they didnt have it even though we called before and they told us,it was ready to pick up!
