Worst customer service of all time!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in and grabbed some things to try on, not a single person working there asked me if I wanted a fitting room. I looked towards an area where there seemed to be summer shoes, unsure if they were on sale as there was NO SIGN. Then I said excuse me to the woman behind the register and she called another person to my attention. I kindly asked if the shoes were on sale and she said yes and then I jokingly said you guys should put a sign up and she looked at me as if I just deeply insulted her, and rudely dismissed me. From the moment she came up to me she had a bad attitude and customer service was awful. I then confronted her as to why she was rude and she goes you can go talk to my manager. Pretty sure I overheard her name was Claire but she refused to give it to me when I confronted her. When I was there last year the women were extremely helpful and friendly. Their new staff is a tremendous downgrade and does a disservice to the business. As a previous customer, I will never be coming back. Avoid...

Poor customer service. Card system was down and the manager called me angry that I miswrote my card information but didn’t answer a phone call while boarding an airplane. Continued to berate me, then hung up on me after I stated my frustration regarding the situation. She said “enjoy your stolen goods”. This is my favorite mall, I don't go to the mall as much as I used to and I knows quite a few changes on this visit however my Mainstay stores are still in the same place they used to be and the new places seem interested and I'm looking forward to an opportunity to explore them in more depth.
