Panda Express — Restaurant in Florida

So i dont really have no complaints here other than this,i was lied to about the portions. So its like this,the portion they give you for the 1 side in the plates are not the same portion size of the 1 side in styrofoam take out container. I said to the lady its not the same size of portions,she said yes it was. For those of you who eat here often im sure you will agree with me.

I recommend for everyone eating in,just order it and dont say your eating in or just ask for it in those styrofoam containers they give you the combos in when you take out cuz it is not the same size,i swear to you its not. From now on i will be ordering my rice in the styrofoam containers with my entrées. I feel like i got jipped. I would add pics but didnt come prepared for comparison,will add them next time i come though to prove im not lying. Ya know i can take marketing,ya but not being lied to when they know its not the same thing. Sharing this so people know the difference and to share awareness on how they try to get you on portions. TAKE YOUR PORTIONS IN STYROFOAM TAKE OUT CONTAINERS....

It was horrible. We got there a little before 9 so hour before closing. They were out of alot of things. So the lady it would about 5 mins on one of the things we ordered. We were ok with that. So we pay. Get our drinks. And were waiting. At this point we're at about 20 mins. I asked a guy working who seemed to be the manager hey what are we waiting I see all of our food sitting there. He said the honey sesame chicken that mind you was only supposed to be about 5 mins. So I looked upset and he was rude when he said sorry you have to wait look around talking about other people there. So then a few mins later the first lady realizes we're still there and says they've been waiting a long time. And another lady opens our box and the chicken had been in the box the whole time. So I said to the guy the chicken was in there this whole time... and he was so rude well im sorry we make mistakes. Its not the mistakes I mind as much as how rude he was and not sorry that...

Before Covid, these places that are getting one and two stars were getting much better ratings. At least with me. But I can't tale into consideration the fact that apmost every establishment is running in skeleton crews. That being said; There was a total of two employees here at Panda and you could tell. The food was sub-par, worse than usual here. And I also got the "Big Plate," three entree's one side. Sweet n sour chicken was squishy! What part of the chicken is squishy? The fried rice was excellent however. I also chose the spicy beef and was told that is extra. When some one tells you "$9 chose any three entree's" and you chose one and they say, "oh, Any of them except that one and this one and the one over there." What? LOL okay you guys should price it seperatly because it's not ANY THREE entree's. Basically it's a chain restaurant and usually pretty good but without the necessary employees...
