Claire's — Local services in Fruit Cove

Got my ears pierced here four months later I take the earrings out couple hours later they are closed up. Can’t get anything through the hole. I was told I would get a free pair of earrings when I got my ears pierced at Claire’s I thought wow what a great deal I see here that cheapest pair of earrings are about 80 bucks. I got the $90 ones and left super happy four months later I take the earrings out to get my ears a break because I don’t care to wear earrings 24 seven and they closed up within a matter of a few hours. I will never go back to Claire’s again. I don’t know what I was thinking going into this teeny bopper store to get my ears pierced next time I will go to the tattoo parlor like I did my first set. I can leave my ears free of earrings for years and my first hole doesn’t close up, but I just cannot seem to keep the second hole open. very disappointing to walk into Claire’s and find out that my free pair of earrings is for up to...

Pros:The employees are friendly and informative. I've had my ears pierced 4 times on each ear. I thought the cartlige piercing would be painful but, it wasn't at all just a pinch like my ear lobes. All of my ears are healing very well as of now.

Cons: You have to purchase multiple solutions with each piercing I understand 2 bottles but 4 🤦🏽‍♀️. Once I received my $20 worth of rewards. I was not able to use the rewards in the store but I was able to use them on the website for an additional charge you have to send $30 or pay for shipping. All of the choices to pickup in store were unavailable.

I woukd like to start out by saying that my experience at this Claire's in Orange Pk Mall was through the roof! Ashley assisted me from the time I walked in the door with nothing but top notch 'Customer Service." She answered all of my questions thoroughly as she walked me through the ear piercing process.
