Absolutely top notch service. Clayton is the man! I got in here and the registers were pretty much dead. By the time I came back up front for the outdoor/hunting section, there were at least six other families all lining up to check out. Clayton was doing rounds through the store, as all good managers do, saw the over load happening,. immediately called in the troops. Maybe 35-45 seconds went by and there were three more registers opened and helping customers. Some people respect the job, the money, the position of responsibility. These staff members respect their manager and it takes a lot to cultivate that in staff. You've got to have one of those iron will but gentle with butterflies kind of managerial authority. I even saw them playing around a little. Nothing speaks more about the quality and positive atmosphere of an establishment than when an onlooker observes manager and employee, laughing and enjoying the job while still carrying out there responsibilities and and interacting with the public. The disabled lady was cool about it although I could tell she wanted to cry, she was clearly being discriminated against by the employee and it was one of the saddest things ever. He literally treated everyone so differently and treated her like she was bowl of roaches when she was nice and had clean appearance and didn’t deserve to be treated like that, it must of been humiliating for her to basically get bullied and discriminated against for being disabled and if I saw it I’m sure other customers noticed. Please adjust your team accordingly. I wish I was a secret shopper cause corporate should know about how their disabled customer got treated. Read moreI ordered a pair of 5” tempo lux running shorts from the orange park location. This was the only location that had the length I needed without having to pay for shipping. I checked in for curbside and waited almost 15 minutes and had to call to get someone to come out. No big deal. Drove halfway home and realized they brought me the 3” shorts with no tags. I called them and asked if they could at least honor free shipping or order the correct ones for me and they wouldn’t work with me. They insisted they had to be the right ones because it wouldn’t scan out if it was wrong. Well, there’s no tag so how does that work? So I waisted a lot of time and driving for disappointment.
