Oh how I love Hallmark! And how sad that the stores that were closest to me have been closed up. I go annually to make my purchase of the animated snowman they put out each Christmas. I have bought the new one each year, without fail, and give it to my son. I’ve been doing this since…..when did they begin making these an annual thing?….since early 2000s. My son is now 39. He was just graduating high school when we started his collection. And the joy they bring now to his 3 young daughters is overflowing with excitement each year, as they, once again, bring them down from the attic and put them on display! Many squeals and laughter and singing snowmen fill his house each Christmas season! Who knew what JOY this tradition was going to bring!! I wouldn’t trade this for anything‼️PLEASE HALLMARK- Never Ever Stop introducing the newest singing snowman each...

I entered the store with my teenage daughter and immediately went to check out the candles and cups. As we proceed up and down the aisles so many options which I LOVE. However, I kinda felt like we were being stalked!! This lady Alisson was literally 2 steps behind us all the way!! Honestly, I am extremely offended! Now I get walking the store, asking if we needed any help, etc... but none of that was happening... just so obviously stalking us without even saying a word!? There was another employee and Alisson, stated if she was going to ignore us or not? That was rude... I mean you trailed us the entire time why aren't you going to be the one to take care of us after all?! Honestly, after that whole experience!, I will only come in when she isn't there!.. absolute...

I’m in this store now looking for Mahogany selection again for the 4th time with zero results of the occasion card I’m looking for. I’ve spoken with several representatives of this store including the manager of this location and it’s always, “we have to check our restock”! Tabitha and Allison are here today with the same explanation! Over years of patronizing this store it seems they don’t care about African Americans and our needs of purchasing MAHOGANY greeting cards. They’re so many other cards available but not MAHOGANY!
