Amazing customer service is the first thing I notice. First time I went I overheard the owner helping a man looking to buy an rc for his grandson. The owner quickly educated the man and advised him not to buy the $600 arrma that the man was asking about and suggested a $200 buggy which was smaller and easier to maintain and less dangerous for a kid. He demonstrated how to use the charger and how to charge the battery and warned him of any dangers. He could have simply sold him a $600 rc plus battery and charger $800+ but instead he recommended what was best for the mans grandson. Every time I go I’ve always been treated good and have been educated on any questions I may have. The knowledge these guys have is incredible and they’ll share it with you if you simply ask. Unable to carry more than one of anything can be frustrating at times, but within the current economical spot that rc hobbies are in, it is understandable.
