I agree with Benjamin's review down below me. I visited for the 1s time yesterday and I walked in and said hello, but I was greeted with just a glance by Both workers. My family walked in shortly after & received the same silence, I purposely was watching how my family would be greeted because my son was with my husband. A few minutes after them a White lady and her family arrived & they got a different reception! I hate to make small talk so I appreciated them not bugging me and asking if I needed help every few minutes but to be obviously ignored (they looked my way when I said hello & they did the same to my husband but said absolutely NOTHING) was very rude considering my money is just as green as the white family that was shopping. One of the ladies did end up helping my husband when he asked for it, but I honestly think it was because she thought he was white. He sounds like a stereotypical white boy who'd be wearing a cowboy hat, wranglers and kickers but he's...
Read moreWe were vacationing from San Antonio and work for the State of Texas. My wife and I love to travel and service is priority in our books. When we travel my wife and I like to buy souvenirs for our family and friends back home, we decided to look around this store. When we entered the store, the worker just looked at us and did not even greet us. While in the store not once she said anything to us and everyone else who was not obviously Caucasian. It was pretty clear on what kind of service that's provided here, cause whenever "white folks" go into the store the worker greeted all of them without hesitation even said, "let me know if you have any questions or need any help". So sad probly lost a bunch of business over being the way it was.... Well they lost our business! To be honest it may not be the store in general, but just that...
Read moreI’m very disappointed with the experience my group and I had during our visit. When we walked in, no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. However, we noticed that when other customers—who happened to be white—walked in right after us, they were greeted warmly with smiles and positive energy. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
It’s unfortunate because we came in expecting good service and a positive atmosphere, but instead, we were met with rude attitudes and stares. No one should be made to feel that way because of how they look. I truly hope the management addresses this kind of behavior so that all guests are treated with the same respect...
