Today is the first day of 2025. My family and I came to the store to shop. I finally know the name of the employee who treated customers differently. Her name is Brandi or something like that. Because we were treated differently by her again, and every time she treats Asian faces with a rude attitude. It's not the first time. When she opened the cosmetics cabinet door, she asked our names, as if we owed her a million. We will not take this $40 worth of things without paying. We have never been robbers or thieves, not as brave as you! Don't worry.

Today I tried to return a set of pajamas I purchased in the Oxford store this same day. The pajamas were mismatched. Top large size - pants medium size. Ms. Imma was extremely rude to me and would not accept the return although I had the receipt and the tags were still on the item. Actually it never got that far for her to even look at my receipt or the items, because she curtly instructed me to drive to the Oxford store to return the merchandise. Oxford is an hour drive. I called the Oxford store manager and she said the Gadsden store should have handled the return. The TJ Maxx refund policy states *if you are unhappy with a purchase you may return it to any store for a refund within 30 days.
