GameStop — Local services in Gadsden

I walked in to get 2 gift cards. There were 2 employees working. The Male was helping a customer in line with noone behind him. The female was not helping anyone. I walked up to the counter after I was unable to find the gift cards that I was looking for and the female was texting on her phone. She paused briefly to look up and see me standing there. She immediately turned back to her phone and continued to text. I figured at first that she was going to finish typing and then help me. She did not. She continued to send text after text while waiting for the person that she was texting to reply. I waited and waited and I was a out to lose my patient when the male employee finished with his customer, looked at the female employee, and then politely asked if he could help me. What is it with people being on cell phones at work in a retail location? This is unacceptable and I will not return to that location. Obviously her social life was more important than doing her job that she was being paid to do. Hopefully, someone said something to her after I left. I doubt it because it did not seem to phase...

I messed up... Im not a gamer so when i went to get my husbands stuff for the PS4. I was hoping they would help me ( due to well thats their job). Nope i guess if your not a gamer and you dont know what you need dont go in... Still got to go buy more stuff that would of been cheaper in a bundle.. Its my fault... Should ve reseached instead of going to a place where thats all they do is gaming... I guess buying online is better... So i guess there isnt any reason to have a store and people...
