I took my daughter's phone here, which is an iPhone 6. They didn't put the screw in the bottom of the phone & the screen was lifted at the bottom. It is very clear to see, but I went ahead & put it in the case because we were going out of town & plus this store is closed on Sunday, so I couldn't take it right back. Over the weekend, while the phone was in the case, it fell onto the Carpet & the screen broke. I took it back to the store that Tuesday. The girl that worked there was very rude, tried to say it was not their fault, even though they didn't put the screen on correctly, which is why it broke again, and wanted to charge me another $85 to fix it. Very disappointed & will never refer anyone here. I asked to speak to the man that fixed it & she said he was busy. Don't waste...

I brought an iPad to be unlocked, they weren't sure if they could do it..... They said to leave it with them & check back the next day. I called the next day & they were able to factory reset it, but I still couldn't use it..... The previous owner had set up Google account, password & their phone number..... Its a shame, nice iPad..... I got to talk to the owner on initial drop off of iPad , very nice, great customer service here as well! If I ever need anything else repaired, I'll return here! I highly recommend you bring your items...

I have used them for over a year on things from unlocking phones to replacing screens and charger ports. They have never charged me a price I felt was too high and even gave me discounts on certain things. I have never been dissatisfied with their work but they have always offered a warranty in case I was. I really appreciate these guys and all they have helped me with. Definitely worth a 5...
