Have to say I'm disappointed with service tonight. It took 20 minutes and two returns to remake my sparking water with fruit. Nothing major, nothing hard. I love their fruit fizz. I just worked a double and wanted a good yummy water and thought of Sonic. So, I'm like, "Sonic! Yeah!" I pulled up to the drive through, sat there for a couple of minutes, silence. I pulled my car backward and forward again, the manager on duty (I didn't know who it was when I heard this, but found it later in the service) said, "I'll be right with you". A few more minutes pass, nothing but silence. Another car comes behind me, sits for a few more minutes and pulled away. So, I'm talking to myself in my head, and say, "great idea I'll pull around and get in a parking space!". I did. I proceeded to press the button, and wouldn't you know! Immediate service aplogizing for my wait. I order, repeat my order three times, it's repeated back three times. "Yes, a large mango fruit fizz, please", I said. Well, the order comes out and I don't even check it. Wrong size. She takes it back. She brings a large out and I'm just ready to go so again, I don't even check it. I just know it's the right size. I'm driving down the road listening to my tunes, put my straw in my drink, take a gulp, BAM! BRAIN FREEZE! Wouldn't you know! Mango lime slurpee! Yikes!! So, I turned around and go back AGAIN. I tell them what happened, the girl comes and gets my drink, asks me what I wanted (fourth time), comes out and tells me someone put my order in wrong. Jeez Louise! I just...
Read moreSo I park my semi at Walmart and walk to Sonic to order food. I pressed the button to place my order. After about 5 minutes the place order que is deactivated and my order not taken. While I was waiting 3 cars were serviced at the drive thru all having pulled up after I pressed the button. So I press the button again and the que is deactivated after about a minute and still my order was not taken. So I walk to the patio and press the call button there. I wait another 5 minutes while drive thru cars are ordering and leaving. At this point I stuck my head in the door and ask if my order is going to be taken. The girl screams for me to get out like I have committed some type of major crime felony. Excuse me I wouldn’t have had to stick my head in if my order had been taken. So sick of y’all treating truck drivers in this manner. We sacrifice being home with our families to keep shelves stocked for the rest of you whom sleep in your own beds every day and never miss holidays, birthdays and other important life events. Read moreThere are 2 Sonics located in my area.The one I frequent is bout 5mins down the street from my house.They provide the worst service & it was explained due to short staffed.Thats understandable because of covid but don't understand that something ridiculous always happen whenever I go.One incident,the cashier over charged & receipt was never found so I was refunded the entire amount.Another incident was a shortage of bigger straws.This one seemed weird because another woman in the stall next to me,received a regular straw whereas I received a small coffee straw & we both ordered route 44's.I want to play the race card cuz it was obvious I didn't not matter.Last incident involved waiting 40mins @a stall w/no cars in drive thru,for a worker to say they are only taking drive thru orders & this was @6:30?!I'm curious,does the red button makes a sound when its pressed to notify someone is at a certain stall?This particular place is so ghetto & ratchet that I literally travel to other location to get...
