Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Gadsden

So me and a friend of mine went through the drive thru and got our food and parked well we ate food was great as always but as we was backing out we heard a loud noise..didnt think much about it well we got down the road and heard something scrubbing on the ground so we stop and get out and the bumper was ripped of on one side so we now know what that sound was went back to the store and noticed that a pole was sticking up about 4 maybe 5 inches out of a parking bumper and knew what had happened so he goes and talks to a manager and tells him what happened and the manager he said that the pole was there to keep ppl from driving into the drain so he got our phone number and said the owner would call well 2 weeks passed still no call we go back the same manager says its up to insurance they have and the owner would call us...still no call go by today to take pictures and they have cut the pole that was sticking up out..its ok tho corporate and a lawyer is on board now..plus I was able to get images of the internet of the pole before they cut it out..i hope they get exactly what they deserve for trying to cover up there hazardous...

DO NOT EAT HERE! The beans and rice was expired. I'm not sure if the chicken was good or not the chicken seemed fine, I threw the beans and rice and chicken away in the trash immediately, but I had already taken two spoons before I realized it was bad. Later that afternoon, I instantly had a sore throat and now I'm sick. I spent $50 on this meal to get sick. I spent 50 dollars to get sick. I won't be eating out for a while. My children are ill with a sore throat as well. I can't afford to take off of work due to illness. I'm going to nurse my family back to health, staying away from fast food for a while.

Staff was friendly. The gentlemen at the window was nice, but he has nothing to do with the food that's going out the window. That's Kitchen Sanitation or something. They need to make sure that the food that they're serving to people hasn't expired. That's very nasty and unsanitary.

I recommend the location on West Grand Ave in Rainbow City, their lobby is clean and the food is fresh. They have friendly staff...

Terrible. The Worst Experience. 5/12/19 Meighan Blvd, Gadsden, Al. Location. Mothers Day 2019. 2 Supervisors there. Ordered butterfly shrimp. They were out. The t.v. menu wasn't working. Couldn't see what to order. Ordered a snack. Waited, waited. The cook reminded the guy up front it had been ready for a while. Tray came up for eat in. It was take out. Male Super in back chugging a Mt Dew. Finally got food, walked out to truck and register guy came out and said "Wait". I thought a free drink for my trouble but no. A couple of minutes later he brings our tenders. We were about to leave with half the order. Female Super was outside talking to a boyfriend. 2 weeks ago I didn't complain but the same Super was there and I ordered a 20 piece and they were out. She said it will be 45 minutes. I couldn't go back home without that chicken so I paid $40.00 and went to Lowe's thinking this is insane. Fast Food? Service? Disgusting. Doesn't...
