Made appointment for two to get hair cut via website. Upon arrival, was told appointment didn't exist then manager blamed internet appointments, then when she checked the computer said I had requested a certain person. I explained that I didn't request anyone, the website assigned a person. The manager said that particular person isn't scheduled to work today. I have always booked appointments through website with never any issues. First appointment was scheduled for 2:00 second appointment was scheduled for 3:45. They said they could get to us by 4:00. Promised free stuff when we return at 4:00. I was on crutches and sweating and overall not having a good time when I crossed paths with Alexis. Alexis asked if there was anything I needed help with. She was super knowledgeable on the topic and insisted she do the running around for me so I could rest in one spot. I was a little frustrated that it felt like other associates wouldn’t even make eye contact with me but Alexis turned the entire experience around and I’m so grateful for her kindness. DEMI offered to pay for my products and have me pay her back on a cash app! I declined her sweet offer and she came around the counter and spent the next 20 minutes helping me download a compatible payment app with their machines, even turning on her personal hotspot when I was unable to connect to a network to continue uploading my card information. Once I got my app settled, I was finally able to purchase a bag full of new products I had been looking forward to trying- and DEMI was just as excited as I was!
