By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order online at 6:28pm tonight with expected delivery time being 35-40 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called into the store at 7:45 asking about my order. I was then told they didn't have an order for my address. I had the confirmation # number but still nothing pulled up. The lady that answered the phone told me she could place it over the phone and I had asked if they would do anything since at this point it's been almost an hour and a half since the order was placed. She told me she would have to get a manager (Megan). I then waited another 16 minutes on hold for Megan before finally hanging up and calling back to be placed back on hold for another 5 minutes waiting on her. She finally comes to the phone and says they aren't gonna do anything because she canceled the order right after it was placed. On the request line of the order I had put "Extra Cheese", she claims she didn't understand what that meant and tried calling my phone and didn't get an answer so she canceled it. My phone never rang and no voicemail was left. I told her all this and she said it just kept ringing with no voicemail. Which told me she either didn't call or she dialed the wrong number because I have a working voicemail on my cell. She stated again very rudely there was nothing she was gonna do about it. I then asked for her name and supervisors name and rudely she responded with her first name and no superiors name and claimed she doesn't answer to anyone since they don't have a district manager over this location. She wouldn't give me her last name and said she didnt have to. Most restaurants have the Managers name posted somewhere in the store for public consumers to see. I'm not sure if she has to give that info out or not but she has no business working in any business that requires customer service with the public. Read moreI pretty much love having this pizza hut over any other in my area simply because i love the people there. The managers are nice to me all the time when i go. I usually try not to be a stickler about things and am usually content with anything as long as its edible. And it is always very good. But this time was just deplorable. It seems like someone got real lazy and just decided to put half a fresh cooked pizza next to half of anothet pizza that has been sitting in the heating cabinet for an hour. Half of my pizza is dry and the pepperoni is burnt and dried out, meanwhile the other half was freshly cooked. I love the people up there and they are very nice but i would rather wait longer for my food than get half baked or half dried out pizza. Just cook a full pizza! I dont mind waiting. Read moreWe had to wait for over an hour for our pizza. Once we finally got our order, they made the wrong specialty pizza we ordered. The manager argued with my wife about it. Instead of trying to make it right and ask us if we wanted to keep what we got and refund us for the messed up pizza (the others were made correctly) they took the pizza from my wife and through it in the garbage. The manager wanted us to wait for another pizza to be made. We asked for a refund and left. Instead of coming home with 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. We came home with one pizza and cheese bread. The quality of the pizza was very poor. The crust was still very doughy, which made the entire pizza inedible. We decided not to go back to let them know about it.
