Tile Liquidators — Local services in Gadsden

We ordered hardwood, cabinets and countertops on 1/18/2018. Said it would be 1 week on floor, 3 weeks on cabinets and countertops. At 3 weeks and no one had called, I called and they said neither had came, it'll be another week. This went on for 8 weeks. Finally on week 8, floors and cabinets are in, but when installer (great guy btw) came, it turns out the salesman had mismeasured and didn't account for a light switch. When I called, cabinet manager asked could I move the light switch. Electrical, sheetrock and paint was finished, no way in hell I'm moving a light switch now. The cabinet installer made some adjustments to make it work. Then I was told it would be another week on the counter tops, and I requested a refund on them since their original 3 weeks turned to 9. Who's to say a week on the countertops wouldn't turn into 3? Worse part and what frustrated me the most was that there was absolutely no communications from Tile Liquidators on anything, no calling to let me know it would be late, and reaching the salesman to request an update was near impossible. Only calls I received were from the owner AFTER I had managed to get in touch with him and explain the situation. That and the salesman promised me a nail gun to borrow to install the floor, and it was conveniently "on rent" when I picked things up. Got a refund on the countertops. Wish we had went somewhere else. Never again will I use Tile Liquidators nor will I ever recommend anyone to them. Would give 0 stars if possible.

*UPDATE - 4/2/2018 Cabinets were installed week of 3/15/2018. Several pieces were missing and fit was not as good as hoped for. After speaking with the owner, Ronnie, him and Ben (cabinet manager) personally visited our home to view the cabinets, and they returned the following week to fix mistakes and install missing items. Owner and Ben were pleasant to deal with, and were more than glad to make things right. Most of the shortcomings were due to the salesman (Mike) not communicating. Ordered carpet on 2/15/16 they said it would be 2 weeks because it was a special order. 2/29/16 came no one had called about the carpet to tell it was going to be on back order for another 21 days. My man that was laying the carpet was already planning on coming that next day to do his part. They have no consideration for other people. At that point I was ready to get a refund.But I went ahead and believed the salesman again. That would have it coming o 3/22/16. Yeah right! I called 3/22/16 it's going to be on 3/23/16 now. Always getting the run around from this salesman. On 3/24/16 I called again. It's on it's way from Georgia will be here by lunch time. We'll call! They never call me. Again round closing I call he says I did a tracking on it ,it will be here before we close but its to late for you to pick it up. But you can pick it up first thing in the morning. Next morning he finally calls me and says its here but they still have to cut it. You can pick it up after lunch. But we've given you an upgrade on the quality of the carpet for your inconvenience. I cannot say enough great things about this company and everyone that works there. Ben is absolutely amazing! I had a picture of flooring that I needed to match and Ben was able to get the perfect match. He is extremely knowledgeable and actually enjoyable. I learned a lot from him over a variety of flooring while resolving the issue at hand. He was always a phone call away and always willing to answer every question I had, which was many. When he was not in the store then he had Veronica help cater to me and she dealt with the tidiness of all my demands. They are so courteous and eager to help you immediately when you walk in the door. While Ben was busy, then I had many of the ladies including Deb let me sit at her desk and made me feel more like family then dealing with a choir.
