This is our first time to have an account with a place like this and perhaps we just don't get it, but I don't understand the system they have in place. Why if you inform them that you have lost your wallet and money is spent on your account that you have to wait to be refunded would they not be willing to defer a payment or something ? Instead the man giggles and claims he is trying to help, but informs me that I'm on the bad list. Once this process ends I'll never do it again! The badgering is ridiculous and the process needs to be changed! If I was a non paying customer I could understand, but this isn't the case ! We sought this option as the used item was less expensive than alternative options. It doesn't make logical sense to me and the treatment with giggles is off putting to a point that I debate on continuing to do business with them honestly. They act like shady used car salesmen and that in and of itself is reason enough to say to others if this is not your only option, go elsewhere! We had other options and regretfully didn't take them. These 2 ladies located at the Gainesville Texas location we're absolutely wonderful. Not only did they help us with finding the right dryer that would suit our family needs, they truly went out of their way. They genuinely cared and didn't make us feel like we was just another customer $$. Their store was beautifully decorated and clean, and the delivery service that was set up was perfect. The 2 gentlemen that delivered our dryer was very professional very Courteous made sure everything was set up hooked up and tested before leaving. Outstanding!!!!!! They never showed. She called in November and David said they would pick it up the next day. It didn’t happen. She called multiple times and they said they would pick it up every time waisting her time waiting. I spoke to David in the store on her behalf on a Sunday January 31st in the store and he said he would have someone out the next day after noon. Guess what? No show.
